Hi Musa, thank you so much for your positive comments about Kirkland Nissan! We're glad to hear we delivered such a great experience. If there's anyth...ing further we can do for you, we are happy to help!
I am writing this to acknowledge the ONLY the SERVICE DEPARTMENT of Kirkland Nissan. I had a tonnaeu cover installed today and these guys did terrific!... The price was more than fair and the people in the service department are extremely likable and very helpful. Thank you to David, Tina, Brian the service manger and the tech that did the install! Great job! The 2 one star ratings in this review are a reflection of the buying process I experienced, not the service department.
Thank you for letting us know about your recent visit to Kirkland Nissan. Thank you, Tami, Owner Loyalty Manager.
We had a great experience with the whole team at Kirkland Nissan. My husband and I bought a 2018 Nissan Leaf. They were great. It's always a long process... but they made it very easy and comfortable for us. They gave the kids cookies and waters while they waited. We worked with Shane, who was fantastic. Great experience overall. We were thrilled.
The worst experience ever in 45 years of owning cars. Bought a car, check was cashed, when going to pick up the car we were informed it had been damaged... on the lot. We were given a loaner for a few days while the minor repair was done. Then were informed it would be two weeks. terrible communication. No apology from manager, no call back from manager. Avoid this dealership. Terminated the purchase.
We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at Kirkland Nissan. Our manager would really like to speak with y...ou more regarding this matter. Please reach out to us at (425) 821-1400. We look forward to hearing from you. Tami, Owner Loyalty Manager.
Let me start off by saying I am honestly bummed out that I have to leave this review after I gave Kirkland Nissan so many chances and so much patience... to resolve this situation. I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry in January from Kirkland Nissan after emailing back on forth with Nick who set up a time to meet him, when I showed up for my appointment Nick was not even there and I got passed along to Mike. Nice guy and the sale seemed to be going pretty smooth. It was a rainy day and we noticed what looked to be deep key Mark's by the drivers door key hole and after discussing this they agreed to "help" but made me pay half. Upon getting the car home and when the rain finally stopped I noticed the paint on the rear bumper, driver side and front bumper was all completely bubbling and chipping off as well as the brakes were awful sounding which Mike explained to be the car had not been driven in a bit. I took the car to Les Schwab and they said the brakes were absolutely shot and should not have been sold in this condition. The O2 sensors were also bad.. After my initial back and forth with the dealership, I came into contact with Nathan the General Manager who seems to be a nice guy and said they would take care of the issues... All sounds great at this point. I arrive for my scheduled time to meet Nathan and get handed off to the sales manager who takes my car and puts me in a loaner "their dead battery loaner". I receive a call the next day that my car is ready which seemed odd as there was extensive paint work. I arrive to pick it up and get handed the keys, now I notice that all the paint looks different but remains to chip and peel off. They did not actually do a paint job, they just sprayed paint all over the same mistakes again. After 10 days of back and forth with Nathan again I bring the car in and go over everything again with him and am assured this will be taken care of.... 2.5 weeks later its finally time to pick up my car, upon arrival I notice they never actually painted the car... just "fixed" the bumper. So once again, handed off to Brian the service manager now. He let me know this was never communicated with him and it will be taken care of. 2 weeks later again my car is finally ready which I just picked up on Saturday 3/23. Once again there is still the same paint damage on the drivers door handle which looks like they tried to patch with a different shade of black, the front bumper paint was not fixed, the rear bumper was put on incorrectly and bowing out the side and they broke all of the driver side clips while attempting to do this. After a month and a half of complete patience I just got my car back and the issues were still not resolved correctly and they also racked up a toll bill while driving 405 which was a nice suprise!!! I do NOT and will NOT recommend or do business with Kirkland Nissan again. I gave them all the chances and was extremely pleasant and patient and I got a still sub par vehicle In the deal and a bunch of promises which were not upheld.
When we called to see a vehicle from the website Wendy brought a different car around for us to test drive. We went on our test drive under the impression... that the car we were driving was the vehicle we called about. Our sales contact Wendy did not know how to get around the neighborhood and kept looking at google maps but she was still lost and confused. During our test drive the vehicle ran out of gas and left us stranded on the side of the road by the freeway on ramp. When Wendy called back for help she couldn’t tell the guy sent to pick us up where we broke down at even though we were only a block away. After waiting for her to figure out to give a location to the driver we got picked up in a dirty Murano. When we got back to the dealership that’s when Wendy began to become aggresive in trying to sale us a car that was $12,000.00 over the amount we was looking to spend. She kept trying to push it on us and when I ran the numbers and the financing rates she became angry and tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about. We left because Wendy was very disrespectful and did not want someone with basic math skills insuring they don’t get screwed. It’s my money and I don’t want to get into a car loan that is out of my budget. So no Wendy (the sales person) I am not a finance manager, but I do know how to protect my CREDIT and MY MONEY. Don’t waste your time with Nissan in Kirkland. We bought our new vehicle from Nissan in Everett. Go there for a better experience!
Finace Manager, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We regret that you had a negative experience, and will use this as an opportunity... to improve. Our manager would really like to speak with you more regarding this matter. Please reach out to us at (425) 821-1400. We look forward to hearing from you. Tami
Trying to buy the car after a lease is like pulling teeth. The sales people told me to go to the Nissan Finance web site. The web site told me to see the... dealer. The chat person told me to see the dealer. The dealer does not seem to know how to do this simple transaction. So frustrating. I will never be back.
This wouldn't have happened if we didn't get Stephen as our salesman. My girlfriend was very anxious and apprehensive about even looking at cars, Stephen... was the only person who was capable of allowing her to explore options and feel in control of the situation without feeling overly pressured to make a decision she wasn't ready to. We had not expected to purchase a car when we went in on labor day, but over the course of a couple test drives and some quality selling, she was eventually convinced. We had been looking at Toyota Rav4s but found that, in spite of the higher price tag, the Rogue Sport was a better fit for my girlfriend's needs. It was a great car at an even more fantastic price, we felt valued and cared for through the entire process. Every employee we spoke too was warm and friendly and were able to pick up when they might be pushing to hard and backed off. It was an absolutely perfect car buying experience and I plan to return to them when I finally trade in my old clunker and buy a new car. This experience may have made me a Nissan customer for life, and once again, thanks to Stephen for being such an incredible and friendly salesman.
The salesman I was talking to knew nothing about the car, he was lying to make the sale. Got worse when the manager, Jonathan, tried to "help". Jonathan... was awful, he clearly didn't care. I pointed out scratches on the car and he told me they'd "buff out" but didn't offer the service. How do these guys stay in business when they know nothing and act so rude?!?
I received several solicitations for routine service at the Kirkland location: mail, phone calls, etc (I've leased Nissans for more than a decade because... I like the product) ... I was contacted by telephone again last week and I agreed to an 11:00 appointment, for today. After arriving at the Service Department I was surprised to discover that I did not have a scheduled appointment, and if I wanted service I could wait an hour to get my vehicle in. Really???
