Had a blowout, so I needed my two front tires replaced on my 2018 Volt. That process went smoothly, and the service hours (open til 9pm) are great. ... The thing I was very disappointed about is that one of the techs dropped the face of my wheel onto one of the feet on the lift. This put a fairly substantial gouge in the paint/aluminum between two of the spokes. I informed the service advisor (who admitted he actually witnessed it as well), and he said I would be getting a call the next day when the service manager came in. It has been a week now with no call. Pretty disappointed about that. Unfortunately, this dealer is really far out of my way, so pursuing this further is even more of a hassle.
I bought a truck in July 2018, horrible buying experience. After calling the DMV to find out where my license plates and tags are the DMV informed me they... have no record of the truck even being sold to this day. The bank still has not received the title either. I have called multiple times and have not be able to talk to anyone who has been able to find out what’s going on. I have been promised the correct person is going to call me back and I never get a call back. I talked yesterday to Mark, the sales manager who sold me the truck, and he assured me he personally was going to get the bottom of this and get back to me shortly. Never heard back and the receptionist Jessica was very rude and unable to give me information on how to contact the General Manager. I highly recommend going elsewhere to buy a vehicle as I now have a vehicle I’m making payments on and not able to drive because my temporary registration on the vehicle is expired.
