Subaru is a very exceptional place, this will be my third

Subaru is a very exceptional place, this will be my third time being there , the first time, we just looked and left, we were killing time. We had errands to run. Then we came back the same day, guess what we bought a Subaru Forester Wilderness 2023. The third time was on the 23 February 2024, oil change. That was an experience. We were greeted by a young lady ( l did not catch her name) l was in shock how fast the experience took, she asked if we wanted any refreshments. I really appreciated that because it tools us 1 hour to get to Subaru. She introduced us to Mr. Hector Roman, Subaru Service Advisor. Mr. Roman did his job exceptionally fast. They took us inside the building and processed the paperwork for our oil change and maintenance on the car. Mr. Roman told us that it would take about an hour and half. We walked inside the Subaru building, it was like a candy store, new vehicles, refreshments and great professional people. They are nice too. They even helped me work your chocolate/coffee maker. Very unique. Your snacks are amazing. I took some cookies and a orange. Thank you for your Subaru experience. Everything went smoothly and my husband bought me a telephone holder for my car at the Subaru store. They had it in stock. My car was ready in 1 hour and everything seemed fine. I truly enjoyed this Subaru experience. Thank you Mr. Hector Roman. I can’t wait to come back.

I was driving a very unsafe used vehicle and had a strict

I was driving a very unsafe used vehicle and had a strict budget to adhere to. I met with Fred. He took his time to review the options I had and I found a very reliable used Subaru. The finance manager provided options for reasonably priced warranty packages, and I also picked up one of those as well. After I left I noticed that the car was pulling to the right. I called Fred and when I went back to pickup my plates and registration, they found that the alignment was off. They apologized for the oversight and did an alignment on the car, free of charge. I was treated respectfully, they are very professional and courteous. Working with Fred, as well as the service director, who both made sure everything was dealt with. I'm very happy with the purchase and this dealership. I'll highly recommend their services to family and friends.
