Subaru of El Paso truly makes us feel at home. We’re always greeted with a smile and most of the staff calls us by name. The service is great, even when they’re really busy, they don’t make us feel like we’re taking their time or rush us off. We highly recommend Subaru of El Paso and the Subaru brand in general.

Everything about Subaru of El Paso has been a good experience. The service department is no exception, Hector took care of me and got me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.

I have not made it out in under two hours for regular
I have not made it out in under two hours for regular services, and I am currently at over three hours for just an oil change. It wouldn’t be as frustrating if they didn’t tell you every time they check you in, “it should only be 45 minutes, an hour tops.” Doubt I will return once my service plan expires, and am even considering driving to Albuquerque for the remainder.

When contract was first presented for the 2025 Outback
When contract was first presented for the 2025 Outback there were 2 high charges at the top for packages I had not asked for nor were discussed. I asked about them and wanted price lowered. Sales rep quickly explained them and just as quick offered to remove them. Which was great. But the actual price of the car was not lowered. Similar packages were offered during the finance portion, which I did accept. After I left I wondered if they were the same packages included in the initial contract? I can?t help but feel somewhat deceived. Why wasn?t the actual price of the car reduced even after those packages were removed? I guess shame on me for not asking at the time. Still. Feel deceived. I?m answering ?no? below because of this reason.
