Nissan Altima
I recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima from auto direct. The whole experience from beginning to end was easy as 123! Wesley Thomas did and absolutely amazing job making sure the car and all the details were perfect before I drove it off the lot I highly recommend him and the whole auto direct crew to anybody in the market for a new vehicle.

Amazing Experience!

Auto Direct is the place to go if your shopping for your next vehicle! Not only was the car salesman (Mike Wells) whom I purchased my vehicle from Was wonderful and such a great help but the whole staff together were very nice and helpful as well! I definitely give this Car Dealership 10 stars! They are a great group of guys!!

Great Customer Service
The customer service was excellent. Mike Wells certainly takes pride in what he does, and his professionalism is commendable. Apart from customer service, now that I have had an opportunity to thoroughly review this transaction, I do have some concerns. While I am grateful to AutoDirect for assisting those to obtain a vehicle who have credit issues, but certain aspects of this agreement are a bit extreme, and may even be in violation of consumer laws. I will follow up soon.

Now you have stated a concern with the agreement you signed as being extreme and potentially a violation of consumer laws. We do understand the verbiage on the contracts you signed sometimes need more explanation and we are happy to do so. Now let me assure you everything we do is complaint with the state of North Carolina and the documents that use are all vetted with compliance in mind. xxx we certainly do take pride in assisting customers like yourself that have had credit issue in the past and why we partner with many lenders to help source the financing for such situations. In addition we do not set the terms and conditions of the loan or verbiage on the simple interest contracts that are accepted by our lenders. As the terms of the loan are based on the borrowers credit history and the risk factor as each lender has specific lending guidelines which we go by.
