Love the dealership

We love the dealership where we got our car..They found the perfect car for us and we were in and out..Our salesmen was awesome. Not pushy like some are.He was helping others along with us but never left us till it was done. He was running back and forth to all his clients and never left us and them long..Awesome experience. We love our car..

avoid them

attempted to help friend buy a car and pay for it. selected car and had it checked out. ran well but had a sub par repainting of hood and bumper that was not disclosed anywhere. Still we were interested and got numbers. dealer then attempts to add $500 administrative fee. and sell a $1000 extended warranty. Tried to clarify price and warranty coverage and made another cash offer. day of arranging final sale price, i got an internet message saying their internet was down - not sure how that works! salesman said internet manager would contact soon. then nothing. suddenly 5 hours later the car which had sat on the lot for 105 days without any mention of additional interest ( in fact, the general manager indicated he wanted to sell it before they had another payment on it) had sold to someone else. no warning, no honoring our deal in progress. No shame

We apologize for the lack of communication our internet has been down all day. The internet has just came back up and our phone lines are still down. We have had customer after customer today it has been a tough day as car dealerships are highly internet dependent. The sales manager took a deposit on the vehicle last night after 7:00 pm. Sorry we have not had phones or internet to communicate today. Internet service is outside of control. We offered to take a deposit on the vehicle if the terms were agreeable before your friend left. We did not have a deposit on the vehicle, we were not together on the figures, and your friend still had one other van he wanted to look at before making a decision. If we had agreed on the Price and he had left a deposit the vehicle would have been taken off the market for you all. the response that was sent about pricing - Mon 7:01 PM Auto Direct KBB Retail is $14936, NADA Retail is $14175 We own the van for 14200 The Van has had the timing belt, water pump, 2 new tires and sway bar link replaced. Our extended service contract is underwritten by CNA National and is completely optional (The svc contract that was quoted was a 12 month / 12k mile Automotive Preferred Care top of the line coverage) link https://www.cnanational.com/product-detail-vsc The extended service contract coverage is completely optional. $995 is our hard cost on that service contract. We will be glad to honor the Sale price with or without the service contract coverage + Highway use tax, title & Tag, doc fee. The van is a CNA Certified which includes a 3 month / 3k mile 3 point limited power-train coverage link https://www.cnanational.com/product-detail-pclw We cannot do any thing about the doc fee every customer is charged doc. however we have already given a $500 additional discount from the internet sale price which does offset the Doc fee. Without the Service Contract and with the 3 point Certified only the out the door total will be ($total figure). With the 12 month/12k mile APC Service Contract the out the door total will be ($Total figure) We would like (Customers Name) business please let us know if he can assist any further. I am not sure how we could have explained it any better. We had zero control of the internet going down today. We strive to please every customer. Sorry we couldn't come to your terms. We had 3 customers all trying to purchase this van at 1 time. You all were uncommitted and another customer came in a that was committed to purchase the van. That is just business.
