Got a car over price they took advantage of me been a female. Bring it back for minor repairs they said they will fix and I didn’t have a car for two weeks.... When I pick it up wasn’t all repair. Service didn’t know what exactly was done and wasn’t. Terrible business. Don’t buy anything from there.
I count 4 trucks on the lot ,invertory of cars is almost not there as well ,your lot is empty i disnt even get oit of my truck,looks loke im going to Shreveport,a... shame ,I live 2 mins from this dealership,the service dept sucks too i brought my truck to have work done on it guy in the service dept didnt have a cluse what customer service is !!!!
I hate that I have to give a one star but have to to post anything. I took my vehicle in for an issue that they have yet to fix and kept my vehicle for... 5 days. They finally called to tell me I could pick up my vehicle so I did. I had noticed my belongings had been gone through and noticed that some of my belongings had been stolen. I reported the incident to them immediately. I was told that they did not have thieves working for them but would look into it. Later, I received a call from someone claiming to be a manager and he would review the video surveillance and get back with me no later than Monday, this call to me was on a Friday. Here it is after Monday and still nothing from them. I’ve tried calling, left messages and still nothing back from them. The thieft was a very expensive one and I plan on reporting this to local authorities. This is totally unacceptable and I encourage you NOT to have dealings with this dealership. It’s a shame that you have to strip all of your belongings out before taking it to the dealership to be repaired. I have never had a problem like this until 171 Dodge in Leesville, La. What a disgrace to our community.
They Lie and tell you that they will only run a soft inquiry and that they need to look at your credit report to determine what banks to send you to for... approval and that their system avoids unnecessary hard inquiries on your credit. So after speaking with Jason directly and reststing that I do NOT authorize my credit to be ran he stated that I do need to fill out an application online, however they will NOT run my credit and I will NOT have a hard inquiry on my credit. But I do! And now no one wants to answer the phone or call me back and explain themselves. I will be calling everyday until I speak with Troy Ozan(the owner) in regards to this experience!
Handshake agreed upon amount was not honored by salesperson when we purchased a car within the last six months. We caught it too late to correct due to... convoluted way paperwork was done. When dealership was approached continued to deny any wrongdoing. Our experience was not pleasant and we consider this an untrustworthy Dealership. Won't buy there again.
It has been a few weeks since our purchase. We will not forget our salesman and the warm welcome from the reception to the management. Needless to say,... our time was made valuable and the process has been the quickest and easiest we have ever been through, as a veteran and a car buyer of many vehicles, I can easily say this is where I will keep my business. Just move to Ft. Polk and had to get a second vehicle they work with me and I am very happy with Wil and Shannon
Newer dealership with a good inventory to choose from. The sales team seems to know their products and it's a non Hassel environment. Will defently be... sending friends. Big thank you to Shannon and Vickie
