The overall experience was pleasant. We were scheduled within a reasonable amount of time for our 55,000 mile maintenance. Our appointment was on time... and our vehicle was ready to go within a very reasonable time, even before we thought it would be. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Gary always does such a great job explaining what the problem is with the car and the maintenance required and cost; and once completed, explaining what... what maintenance was done on the car as well as future maintenance that might be required.
