Very good experience

It was a very professional dealership, all the people were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I drove down from Princeton West Virginia to buy a Tacoma pickup. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new or pre-owned Toyota car or truck. Very pleased. I would buy again from them in a heart beat.


Very satisfied with service we received

Very bad experience. was cheated!

Yesterday, I already made a deal thru the phone with the salesman. However, this morning I was notified that the vehicle was sold to another customer. So, please don't trust anybody in this dealership at least if you want to make a purchase remotely.



I bought a new Tacoma at Moses Toyota. I live 250 miles from the dealership near Danville, VA. Moses gave me the best deal. Moses brought the truck to me! My first choice for a vehicle purchase will always be Moses Cars in the future.

Horrible and very unprofessional. My windshield was...

Horrible and very unprofessional. My windshield was cracked while parked on the property as I was test driving a vehicle over a month ago and I have yet to receive a call from a top manager. I have made 4 trips to the lot to speak to someone and left 6 voicemails. I, as well as multiple family members have purchased vehicles from Moses for years. So, instead of making things right, they are willing to lose a family of business (thousands of dollars) for a $350 windshield replacement. I personally will never buy from here again nor recommend them to my friends or family. A simple phone call could have eliminated this unsatisfactory service. Clearly, this company needs to read up on customer satisfaction.


Trade in payoff

Traded in Toyota for Toyota, it’s been 60 days and my trade in still has not been paid by dealership, I’ve called financial management and left numerous messages with no return call. This trade in vehicle is still accumulating late fees and interest. This is unacceptable by anyone’s standards.

I visited Moses Toyota last week and purchased a new BMW SUV. I recieved great service. My salesperson was understanding to my families needs and was very personable. I recieved a great price for my trade in & a good deal on my new vehicle. I recommend Moses dealership.

Deceptive advertising

They posted a coupon for wiper blades priced at $19.99. When I show up to purchase they tell me it’s $19.99 each even though the coupon says wiper blades. The parts manager even called someone to clarify and he told them it needed to be changed because it wasn’t clear.

The sales manager was slurping on a popsicle during the whole length of our meeting. Very unprofessional, especially by a grown man in his position.

Great service & great people took care of me 2day!
