I was very pleased with the professionalism of the team

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the team at BMW. They ran into an issue when replacing the spark plugs in my can and informed me very quickly that they would take care of everything and provide me with a great loaner car until my repairs were perfect. They overnighted the needed parts at no cost to me and did a great job. My car runs great and I am very pleased!

Overall a clean facility with helpful customer service.

Overall a clean facility with helpful customer service. My experience was diminished because when I made the service appointment I was told my repairs were at no cost because my mileage was under 40,000 and included when I purchased the car. Unfortunately, after I arrived the service rep informed me that my repairs were at my cost because the mileage threshold was 36,000 miles. Also, I was interested in trading in my car and you inspected the vehicle. The offer I received was under $30,000. I paid $41,000 6 months prior. Had the used car manager pulled up my vin history he would have noted all the upgrades on the car including the m package and every possible 530i upgrade. These made the visit disappointing.

John Strode is my service tech and does such a wonderful job all around. Very professional and knowledgeable. The Hendricks team is top notch. Kaitlyn, a sales woman knows about everything about BMWs

John Strode the Service Advisor keep my informed

John Strode the Service Advisor keep my informed throughout my service appointment and the service department did a great job. I also had the dent repair guy take care of a bad door ding that I had and John noticed another one on the other side of my car that I hadn't notice and had thee dent repair man take care of that one as well. Much appreciated the excellent customer service by John and the service department!!

I recently had my car through the service department at

I recently had my car through the service department at BMW South Kansas City and had the pleasure of dealing with Frank Supancic. Of course I forgot important item in the loaner car which he retrieved and promptly notified me . this was a great help and the overall experience was just 5 star. The weather was extremely inclement and Matt and Sam went above and beyond to ensure my life continued without a hitch . plus they have great snacks . thanks you guys appreciate you .

My BMW purchase experience was excellent. Their client advisor, Anthony H. was very knowledgeable and has great communication skills. He was honest, straightforward, accommodating, responsive, and did not, in any way, try to pressure me into making any decisions. I very much appreciated his professional and comfortable approach combined with a great sense of humor. This dealership is fortunate to have Anthony H. as a client advisor. My thanks to their entire team including Justin N. (New Car Sales Manager) and Samara V. (BMW Genius), as they made my purchase experience wonderful. The entire process was very efficient and well done. I highly recommend them!
