Vance was very helpful in our purchase of our new

Vance was very helpful in our purchase of our new vehicle! He was compassionate to my physical needs and very thorough in detail explaining of the car’s options and operations. This is my 3rd car that I've purchased at Jim Glover

This is my 3rd car that I've purchased at Jim Glover Chevrolet. The customer service is great, friendly and helpful. I went to get my brakes replece, but Andy said my brakes are okay. I appreciate the honesty of the employees. Most places try to take advantage of women. But not at Jim Glover Chevrolet, they're truthful, respectful, and helpful. Thank you Jim Glover Chevrolet.

I had a service appointment at 10:30 arrived a little

I had a service appointment at 10:30 arrived a little early only to have the service advisor tell me would be at least 2:30 hours for an oil change. I said I had an appointment he said they had several walking which put them behind I said your kidding me so appointments mean nothing. I’ll be taking my truck somewhere else for service!

Service department is horrible run buy a guy that dont

Service department is horrible run buy a guy that dont care that his service advisors lie cheat and steal from there customers going so far as to tell me there wholesale cost for tires were some how 20 bucks more for just the tire then i got from a firestone store mounted balanced and out the door for wven with there meet any competitor price and being told that the fire stone store wasnt a competitor. And if that really is there coat somehow for the wholesale i suggest finding new suppliers for your parts .and not tell your customers that it will only take a week due to having to wait for a part then keep stalling for over a month. For a basic instrument cluster on a truck only a few years old. Thqt may have worked during covid but supply chains have long been working properly. Service dept is full of Scammers that will play all kinds of games with you and rip you off if you let them to pad there commissions fueled pay checks. Made complaints all the way up to gm without a single offer to make this right with me and me being out of pocket almost 6k more then my extended warranty would pay by them having it for over 4 weeks not doing all the work on it that was needed then me having to pay to have it towed to another shop to finish the work pay another deductible and the 90 a day plus tax truck rental i needed to be able to keep my small minority and woman owned business operating. Eroding much of my family’s savings in the process. I cant imagine running or allowing my employees to ever treat my customers like this/ we can stand tall knowing we are honest have impeccable integrity care about our customers and stand by our work and word even if it means we take a loss if i or one of my guys makes a mistake then we do the right thing by our customers and make every effort doing everything possible to make it right with them so they are happy when the job is done. Values i can sadly say from experience that Jim glover Chevrolet does not hold. I wouldn’t ever use them again even as a last result and they were the only shop left. You only get to screw me over one time.
