Used Shawn the sales rep and he was Johnny on the spot while we were making the deal but then afterwards things went to xxxx. He made us promises and said he would send us things our vehicle was missing and NONE of that stuff was done. Won’t answer calls now, won’t answer his work phone and had to get 2 different managers from Jim glover involved and STILL having issues. It’s been 2 months since we bought this vehicle and I’m ready to return it just to get out of this deal with Jim Glover...
