I was driving by and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the lot and the variety of different brands of vehicles on display so I pulled... in to browse. A salesman was putting balloons on vehicles and offered to help. Small detail but the previous 3 dealerships I visited, no one offered me assistance in the parking lot. I ended up test driving 3 different SUV’s and fell in love with my new 2017 certified Nissan Rogue! Jon is an excellent salesman and never pressured me but actually listened to my needs and he fulfilled all my boxes on my must haves. I am a customer for life!!!

They treat customer very friendly while buying car, once walked out then we can see their real faces, I ended up losing huge money by paying to Nissan... finance because of them and they are telling they are not responsible for, my credit scores got screwed up, they ignore your phone calls and very rude when I walked in dealership. While I was buying a car a few customers suggested be careful, but I didn’t listen, eventually ended up with losing lots of money. They deserve for MINUS STAR RATING.
I leased a 2018 Nissan Rogue last week and I couldn't be more pleased with the transaction. I was extremely surprised at how stress free they made it.... The entire process took less than an hour and a half. Marcus was a great sales guy. He took the time to really explain everything to me. This was my first leased vehicle and I definitely recommend them to everyone!
Went to the dealer to see a vehicle advertised on their website. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was no longer there. After some questioning I was... told the vehicle had been sent to Alabama some time ago. The fact that it was still on their website was a mistake. Both the salesman and the sales manager assured me they were taking that listing off their website immediately. Then they proceeded to work me on a new car sale instead. Three days later, that phantom vehicle was still listed on their website. Obviously that was intentional and not a mistake.

Recently bought a used car from here and they literally put no effort into the car before handing it over. I could tell someone had attempted to vacuum... it out because I found the floor mats all in the back of the car. The exterior was definitely not washed and to top it all of the low fuel light came on before I even got home (about 10 miles away). Also the financing person was super salesy trying to up-sell a 3k after market warranty. Just would not take no for an answer and tried to bury the price in payments.
