Robs Tower Motors

Honestly had given up on dishonest garages. This one is different. I will continue to do business with Rob. I do most of my own car work w/ the help of a true friend. Last repair on my 01 Ford Escape XLT, I was unable to fix. So I seeked the help of a privately owned garage, he took it to the local ford dealership and we all 3 agreed it was time to put the Escape to rest. Rob did not dump a lot of money into it trying to eliminate the problem like some garages. I was in a bad situation because hours have been cut and my credit not the best, (Thanks to another used car dealer). I was never going to buy used again. However the escape didn't last as long as I hoped. Rob understood my situation. He set me up with a loaner and I chose a car off his lot. I didn't care for the car but it had 4 wheel drive. We settled on the car. I had a few simple maintenance issues, he made it right. I now love my Pathfinder. And Rob at Tower Motors has renewed my faith in used car dealers and garages. There are a few honest out there that care about there customers and not a quick buck. Everything happens for a reason. I will continue to patronize this business as long as he is there. Oh I didn't have a bill to pay and he gave me more than others offered me on trade in on the escape while still running. Will updATE this review if things ever change.

Rob's goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is pleased. Every so often you will have a customer that you just can't please.
