Made an appointment to have a headlight bulb replaced. After 1 hour I was told they didn’t have the but it would arrive in 10 min. Half an hour I checked... again and was told they had been sent the wrong bulb. Another half hour to get the right one and install it. Very bad in every way.

Had been looking on cars.com for a vehicle, found a great deal on an Elantra. Contacted dealership, was told it was available, tried to coordinate a day... and time to go look at it as I live a two hour drive away. On the day I was going to look at it, was told that sales had noticed a dent and so it was sent to the body shop and that it wouldn’t be available to look at today. I said that was fine and I’d try to go the following day, but to let me know if it was out of the shop before the sales department closed at 8 pm as I would still make an effort to look at it if I could swing the two hour drive before they closed. No response until the next day when I was informed that someone had come in and bought it apparently while it was in the body shop and unavailable to see or test drive. What a joke and a complete waste of my time.

I bought my car 8/13/19, it’s a used 2016 Kia Sorento. Barry made sure my issues are being addressed in a timely manner. I can rest assure if anything... pops up he’ll stay on top of it.
Bought used 2018 Kia in May 2019.It needed car seat repair and only had one key fab. Adam in Parts dept. said he would order key fab and drivers seat... would be repaired. After failed attempt to repair cigarette burn in drivers seat, a new seat was ordered. WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CALLED WHEN SEAT CAME IN.and key fab also. Called 2 weeks later, seat was waiting..noone had called. Beth, head of service department also made me a key fab at the dealership a day later after telling her I was not comfortable with only one key fab. Next episode..driving in from R.I. heard noise from right rear wheel. Took to Kia dealership. Adam stated mud flap had come loose and wheel had "eaten it up". He said he would order a new one and would call me. Called a week later, Adam said "I told you I would call you when it came in and it's not in yet, but I will book you for service anyway on Monday,7/29 at 3 pm. It's a 2 hr. drive for me to get to Kia dealership from R.I. Called Parts Dept. from R.I. regarding mud flap..NO HISTORY OF MUD FLAP BEING ORDERED. Called Beth again and she could not find order that Adma said he made. Beth now ordering mud flap. There seems to be a total lack of communication between Parts and Service...I have spoken to the Manager of Kia, Mike Spanill regarding my experiences with Kia Service Department... I would not buy a car here again..If you do, take it to another dealership for service. Beth was professional and wonderful straightening out everything....but Parts? Adam?
Barry and James were very nice to deal with. Barry did a great job at making sure we had no questions or concerns and said he is available if anything... comes up. I like that there was no pressure to buy something we didn't want or couldn't afford.
My sales representative Sean O’donald from KIA in Westspringfeild, ma truly listened to me snd help me with the needs I could afford. He went over and... beyond with the loan advisor to help me get the best deal possible for my credit and financial need. They truly made me feel important and pride of purchasing my new vehicle with them. I have went to 4 orher dealers and no one came close to KIA!!! Thanks Again!
