I purchased a used 2015 SUV from West Broward Porsche in Sep 2019. Our salesman was Yoram Gozlan. At the closing, a misunderstanding on the agreed upon... price and terms surfaced. Yoram went the extra mile to solve the problem. Sadly, the used car industry is full of unknowledgeable and worse, unethical, salespeople. It was re-freshing to deal with someone who “owned-up” to a problem he (unintentionally) created and then wisely offered a solution that ensured the transaction would get closed. He was accountable,...he took responsibility,...and he took action. West Broward Porsche is lucky to have an employee like Yoram. If not for him, we would have left the dealership with an altogether different experience.
Congratulations on your SUV! It is a delight to see Yoram has taken care of any concerns for you. We really appreciate your feedback for him and we ho...pe to work with you again in the future.
Bought a car with 11k miles that kinda smelled. The salesman said that it was only driven by his manager and he never smoked. That was a lie, turned out... the car was out of state. Car still smells, many problems with car and service. They never admit anything is wrong but fix everything. They never were honest with CarFax either so don’t trus them. Very difficult to get in for service. They don’t honor my warranties because I only drove the car 2k miles in two years I explain to them it is because every time I come down it has issues. It is currently dead in their parking lot and they want $800 for a battery that went dead because of recall issues that have plagued the car. They just will say anything to get money. Porsche of North America says nothing they can do each owner has the right to do what they want. I am going to talk to the BBB to get some remedy.
I dealt with Roberto and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He stayed on top of the sales process. I would recommend Roberto to anyone buying... a car at West Broward.

Worst dealership experience I've ever had on BOTH sales AND service. Seriously. My first visit about two years ago found me building a $160k Cayenne Turbo... S. Once ready to place the order, I was told "we don't discount builds." "Okay" I replied, "how much for this one on the showroom floor?" "Turbo S' are rare-- I might be able to get you a couple grand off but we usually sell these at or even ABOVE sticker." So I bought one from Champion Porsche and they took 13k off sticker. Strike 1 for Porsche of Broward. Next we come to service-- I have so far purchased an extended warranty for my '13 Turbo for around $8k, AND had to replace the gearbox for about $5k-- so they've already got me for around $13k. Yesterday I went in for an intermediate service and brake fluid flush and Mark, my advisor quoted me $1195 at his desk for the service. Thinking it was a bit high, I asked if there was a way he could bring that down a bit and then he fed me the typical "well it's 5.5 hours of service plus parts etc etc etc." I asked if they had specials-- nada. Then today when he told me to come pick up the car, he emailed me letting me know that I also needed front brakes and rotors and that would cost me $1700 and change. So now we're about $1300 in. I had to do my homework-- which honestly, I should have done from the start. I called around, and despite Mark's passionate insistence that I'd find all dealers charging comparable rates, or that they'd use bait and switch tactics, I found the opposite to be true. They, unlike, Mark, and Porsche of West Broward, were VERY upfront and offered much better pricing and even offered discounts/incentives to win my biz. I asked Mark why he doesn't have any discounts to which he replied, "oh we do, you have to go on our website and print the coupon." I asked him why when I asked earlier about the discounts he didn't offer the coupon and I SWEAR to you that his response was "it is the customer's responsibility to find their own deals. It would be impractical or impossible for me to make all of my clients aware of the possibility of discounts available," to which I was shocked to hear and just over it by this point. So I asked that the 10% discount online be applied and that I would be taking my car elsewhere for service, where BOTH the service AND the price was nice! So, in a final last ditch attempt at being a HORRIBLE person, Mark RAISED the price from $1195 to $1297, and THEN offered me the 10% discount-- off a now inflated price! WOW. I swiped my card without a care, because at this point ANY amount of money was worth it to enjoy the luxury of NEVER having to deal with this again, and I was out the door-- declined the free car wash and all. So where did I take my car you ask? Champion Motorsports in Broward. A guy named Tom there offered to take AMAZING care of me and absolutely OBLITERATED the pricing I received at Porsche of West Broward. He actually laughed when I showed him the service write up and said "I wish you would have called me prior to doing your intermediate service." Yes Tom, me too. One last thing to make mention of--- I live less than 2 minutes from Porsche of West Broward, and about 30-45 minutes from Champion. I guess GREAT customer service, straight and honest talk, ethical business practice, and a good price for continual/ loyal/ repeat biz is worth the drive. For me at least it is. Thanks for listening.

Beware of false pricing scheme: I contacted the dealer about a vehicle advertised. When I received a quote via email, the dealer had added additional charges... including a Dealer's Fee and a charge for LoJack, thus adding over $1600 to the price. Neither was reflected in their advertised price and both were claimed to be non-negotiable. The price advertised was NOT the actual price. Porsche West Broward: Change this policy, it does not support your statement: We require honesty and integrity in everything we do, and we will live up to our commitments.

spoke with a sales person at this dealership about a used car and he answered all my questions. The sales person volunteered to take pictures and send... a video because the color of the vehicle was strange. I appreciated that and then waited but Nothing. No pic, video, or call back. The car is listed as Sold As is, is a sports car, so I did research to identify a place I could have them take the car to get a Pre Purchase Inspection. I spoke with a different sales person the second time around and he said he would talk to a sales manager about my request for a PPI. He called back and said they would not take the car to the place I identified but that the Indy shop could send someone to the dealership to inspect the car. The Indy shop works on Porsche/BMW and is not like a Lemon Squad who will go to a dealership to inspect a car. I have to say I am very disappoint with this Porsche dealership level of customer service. Ive had a pre purchase inspection done on all of my used sports car purchases, Porsche’s and BMW’s, and not had a dealership not be accommodating with dropping a car off to get a PPI. The Car has been on their lot for 35 days but guess they are not interested in selling it.
Extremely responsive and efficient. Four days from initial call to the car arriving at my home (~800mi from dealership). Salesman was a pleasure to work... with.
