    Purchased a 2013 Ram dually from the Scottsdale Motor Group in 2017. Engine light came on immediately, but dealer would not return my call. Took it... to the Ram dealer and he said it needed a catalytic coverter, $650 from local shop. Engine light was reset. We left for a trip pulling our 39' fifth wheel. We didn't get as far as the hwy 87 turn off of 202 and had to add coolant. By the time we got to Payson, we were told by the Ram dealer the EGR system needed cleaned, but it wasn't a problem at the time. By the time we got to Albuquerque NM we had added 6 gallon of coolant! The Ram dealer there told us it needed a EGR cooler to the tune of $750! That was the reason for the initial ch engine light. That was just the beginning though. Since returning from our trip, it lost its boost and were told it needed a turbo and VGT actuator $6000. And so it goes. This dealer knew dam well what we had sold me, but avoided my calls like the plague. Never again from them.

    I have to say that I am beyond impressed with Alfonso and David, I've bought 10 cars in my life and have never had such a good experience. I searched Cars.com... and the car they were selling was the 4th cheapest in the country (2 of lower ones were salvaged), I thought it was too good to be true, but they took it to the Dealership of my choice and I paid for the pre-buyers inspection done. Sure enough, the dealership only suggested one repair, but said it wasn't urgent at all. Alfonso FIXED IT ANYWAYS!! They use genuine parts too, it's nuts! Here's the kicker folks, after spending the morning with them, I found out why their cars are so cheap... Although they didn't state it, I got the impression they are simply car fanatics and get a kick out of driving a different luxury car every day. These guys are super laid back and apply no pressure. I paid the full asking price the day after I saw the new listing, after I had already signed and paid, I overheard another shopper offering to pay more than asking price for my car. :) Should I mention I flew in from NC to buy this car and even with all traveling costs, I still saved money.
