This is my honest review. I bought a new jeep from here a few weeks back, I worked with Bronson, he got me a deal I agreed to over text messaging which... was super convenient. My deal and terms was a bit more than I wanted to be at but its was reasonable. Bronson was great and kind and a good guy. I feel they could have given me a better trade value which would have given me a lower payment, but they wouldn't budge. I traded in a virtually brand new beautiful lifted 2018 truck that just wasn't fitting my needs, they now have my trade on their lot and it is marked up almost $5000 more than what they gave me for it, there is no way that truck needed that much work to get ready to resale it was 8 months old. Maybe just a good detail, I understand they need to make money but still. So moving on, my brand new jeep just came off the truck so I could tell they rushed the detail and cleaning on it. One of the fender flairs had a small nick in the plastic, I pointed it out but all my salesman did was take a picture and that's it, I figured they would offer to have it fixed or at least reimburse me for it some how, but they didn't. Also My Finance guy Darren was great, no pressure whatsoever to buy extended products. Jeep only had 1/4 tank of gas, I was told its some policy?? I would think if you spend almost $50k on a new car it would get a full tank of gas. Bronson was great at explaining all the controls on the jeep. So here is another thing, 2 weeks after the purchase I get a letter in the mail saying I owe the dealership $18... because they didn't pay the 10 day payoff of my trade in time, so I'm responsible for it... $18.. really? When they called after I messaged them they once again said "yeah its stupid but its policy".. I asked why cant they just cover it? its Policy... So here is the run down, trade value could have been a little better, nothing done about a cosmetic issue on a brand new vehicle, no full tank of gas and making me pay $18 two weeks after I thought it was final.. Sales staff was nice, friendly. Would I buy there again? possibly.. only if I brought up all these issues and they fixed them. Maybe it would have been different if it wasn't a Friday evening when I picked the jeep up. That's my honest review, you decide if you want to buy here or not.

I came in for a oil and fuel filter change, and I’m addition, the service department took care of 2 recall notices, bad windshield washer nozzle,... and a broken license plate holder. Awesome customer service!

My truck wouldn't start so Ram customer care towed it to Tonkin. When I spoke to their service department she said it would be three weeks until... they could look at it, upon which I asked about a rental car and she said not until the day of your appointment. After leaving several professional messages for the service manager this week, which he never returned, I had it towed on my dime to a professional dealership with a professional service department.

My car buy experience start with Evan. My fiance and I had an idea that we wanted a new suv. We found on we liked. It was a trade in, so we had to wait.... Evan worked with is for 4 days. We got preapproved for our loan. Everything was great. So we finally get the green light to test drive this beautiful SUV. My better half looks at it.....no love. So Evan tells us mo worry. We get cars often. We will keep in touch. What? Keep in touch? No pushy salesman act. Amazing. So as we are walking out, my better half see "Zeus" a blacked out 2014 Dodge challenger certified preowned! When she named it, I was toast. Evan reran our number, 1...2...3...Approved! Amazing. My better half is on cload 9!!. So then we get Jose, we think all is well. Things just got better! He took a full day finding us a better intrest rate. He could have signed off and been done with it. No, he found us the best deal. This was jist amazing. My hat goes off to both of these fine men. The went above and beyond to get us what we felt was the right car. The right payment. The right experience. I can't thank you enough for making my better halfs day so great. Zeus is home and we couldn't say enough good things about these two. Your the best.

My first experience was great. However they lost my support when I needed them in an emergency. Monday morning I went to go to work but my car wouldn’t... start. I tried to reach them but no answer. I had my car towed to their service department. Still no call. I called multiple times and kept getting voicemail. Finally I got a live person only to find out they wouldn’t even be able to look at my car until September 6th. Today is August 20th. That’s over a 2 week wait. I couldn’t wait that long. No offer to help tow it to another location either. So, I had to pay for 2 tows, miss work to wait for the second tow, and pay for transportation. I’m sorry Ron Tonkin, you have just lost my support and future business.

Horrible! Total bait and switch. Denise agreed (approved by her manager supposedly) to repair a scratch and replace a missing headrest. They wouldn’t... come down in price but we’re willing to make my minor repair request so I decided to purchase. After running my credit and starting to discuss payment options they tell me they are not going to honor the repairs and it too bad because the truck is worth more than they are selling it for. Looked at 5 other trucks all priced exactly the same. Horrible horrible dealer. When you think used car salesman and shady, you are thinking about this dealership

They lure you in with an advertised price. Which they only have one of that car. After HOURS of paperwork it is thousands more. Dishonest!!!!
