Scheduled a 30K check up on my new 2019 Nissan Rogue a week in advance with April Moses at East Valley Nissan. Everybody it's in the rush in that building,... asking a question is a sin! God forbid to ask for something, because it's considered an offence! The car is still in Bumper to bumper factory warranty, and I was looking for some test or whatever needs to be done at 30K miles. My big surprise was that the car was not recognized by the system to be in warranty. I asked a few times and of course they said that they can't do anything! Mind you in the meantime I have all the factory warranty 3 years or 36K miles factory warranty. They treated my like that car was a different brand except Nissan!!! I was FLOORED!! Very rude and luck or respect toward clients, I just observed the atmosphere and the vibe, and I got out as soon as possible. My recommendation... if you have a Nissan and needs to be serviced, please use any other dealer or whatever mechanic. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE! And that's just the phase one when you want to drop off the car and have it serviced! I really don't the quality of their service!! But when you are welcomed with this type of message who needs service!!! You guys need to do some serious changes!!! One star is too much!! Good Luck!!

We bought two new cars from them. One for my wife and two weeks later one for my son. It was a great experience each time no hidden fees no gimmicks just... straight up numbers that even my son could understand what was going on. Great job Vegas guys. I'm definitely going to be returning for our next vehicle. Thanks again.
Do not attemp any repairs there. They won't give you any loaner regardless of the type of car you bring for service. They have an imaginary waiting list... for loaner vehicle. They will lie to you about working hard to get you a temporary vehicle. If your repairs take days you will have no car for days. If you call they'll put you on hold and look for someone they claim was assigned to your case and that person will go on with the lies for as long as your car is there. Worse dealer ever!!!
