twice I’ve had them tell me I had to replace something on my vehicle thT wasn’t broke. The second time an 1800 dollar fix! They lied they try to scam people... in thinking something is wrong with their vehicle. The first vehicle I took to them and my truck was having issues with starting. That said it was my starter. I had it replaced by them and after that I still had issues. I took it back to them twice and no fix! They said nothing was wrong. I took it else where in Troy and it was fixed immediately. It was a 90 dollar fix. I spent hundreds with ford before that!!! My husband just took his truck that he had just bought from them a few months before that. He took it in because his air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold. That visit cost my husband almost 400 dollars. They told him that he had a leak that was going to cost him 1800.00 dollars to fix it!!! In which my husband left and gave them a few words! We took the truck to a mechanic in Florida who only charged us 45 dollars to put Freon on is truck! Nothing wrong at all! They are scammers!!!!! Beware take your buisness elsewhere!!!!!

Car we looked at this weekend we went to purchase. Lots things wrong with it. It was filthy. Salesman knew very little about the car. Employee apparently... used it for their daily driver for the mileage was 700+ miles over what was listed on their site. Felt duped by this dealership. Won't return nor anybody I know.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. They tried to sell me a jeep that had things broken on it and said they could get them fixed "at a cost to me". Worst dealership... i have ever been too

Service department stated "has bad oil leak", but did not have time to deal with it. Took truck elsewhere and had no sign of an oil leak then or now. Showed... lights and brakes were checked and okay. Noticed headlight out when driving home and brake pads need replacement. Will go elsewhere for service.
