“Due to FTC regulation I cannot give you a out the door price over the phone. You will need to speak with finance who will be back in a half hour.... Also I will email you the CarFax right now.” No call back. No email back. If you can’t give an honest price why would anyone by from them.

Great price brought me into the dealership. Appx $17900 for a 2015 Infiniti Q50 got me to drive 90 minutes from my in laws in East Hampton, but it was... only disappointment from there. Worked with a nice saleswoman but upon crunching numbers, found out that they added $3000 in Certification and Prep fees right off the bat, non negotiable. Asked why that wasn't in the advertised price of the car and I was informed that the online prices are just their wholesale price, or pretty much the cost the dealer paid. No wonder they add these fees, that's their margin they're adding in! Saleswoman proceeded to tell me why the Certification fees were valuable, blah blah blah, 125 point inspection, blah blah blah. Either way, the cars are all certified before hand, so those fees should be built into the price. You can't get out of them, so why hide it and not tell customers until they're in store? I wouldn't have driven to look at that car if I knew the actual price... Happy I didn't have to waste too much time while I was there. Was hoping the other negative reviews were exaggerating but they're not... Misleading advertising, bait and switch tactics to get you in the door but a price you'll never come close to. Avoid at all costs, fees right from the jump
I wish I could give this dealer 0 stars. I spoke with Michael, however I suspect anyone who answers the phone to have the same line of bs. If you're... expecting anything other than your typical sleazy car salesman, you'll be disappointed. I had read other reviews that mention things like $4000 dealer fees and such, and I wanted to make sure before I drove 2.5 hours what the actual price of the car would be. So I asked him how much the "dealer fees" were going to be. And he did the usual BS putting me on hold, talking to his "manager", giving me some spiel about, he comes back and tells me he isn't authorized to tell me how much the fees are over the phone. I implore the guy, look, I get it, you gotta charge more than the price you're advertising online. All I want to know is HOW MUCH more. Simple, direct and honest. Get this, he tells that ACCORDING TO FTC REGULATIONS HE CAN'T TELL ME THE PRICE OF THE CAR. The federal trade commission doesn't block a human being from telling another human being the price of a used car. LOL. Typical sales trash. I gave him one more chance, I told him, cut the BS, I wasn't born yesterday. Tell me the fees you charge or I'm going to find a more respectful business to deal with. He hung up on me. I called him back and told him since he was rude to me like that, I was going to take a little more time out of my day and let everyone else on the internet know what they were in store for. I bet all of these 5-star reviews aren't even from real clients. Just fakes. Do yourselves a favor, find somewhere else that is honest to do business with.
Hello Eric, as you and every customer are advised, all calls are recorded and reviewed by management. Upon review of your phone conversation with the ...salesperson, he did ask you to stop using foul language when addressing him. So, when you decided to continue cursing at him, he ended the conversation. No one calling for our vehicles are required to purchase with us if they do not like the company’s policies. There is never a reason for my salespeople to be verbally abused. What confuses me is why would someone calling to purchase a vehicle would have to resort to such verbal abuse of a salesperson trying to help them. What kind of expressive limitations would lead so such verbal abuse??? Now to further address your “review”, Michael has been on the job for less than two weeks, needed to ask for assistance and there was no “spiel…” Please notice all of our negative reviews are from disgruntled people who never came into our showroom, never bought from us, or made ridiculously offensive low offers. The great positive reviews are from our Happy customers that were extremely contented with their purchase. They purchased a wonderful, high-end vehicle less than market value. What could be better than that.?
Reviews had me quite skeptical at first but LET ME TELL YOU once I got to the dealership the entire staff was extremely helpful and not pushy at all like... my past experiences at other dealerships. I was seen by a Michael who was so respectful and genuine. I originally came in looking for a Honda, but they were able to get me into a much nicer Infinity for around the same price as the Honda. I'm in LOVE with my car. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for something really nice & affordable. I'll be coming back for sure ;)

I put a deposit on a car and asked for financing for 60 months. They got back to me with a monthly payment of 450 a month. I looked further into it and... they adjusted it to 450 for 72 months. I asked for my deposit back because they went behind my back and changed it to 72 months. It’s been 2 weeks and haven’t gotten my money back. Getting my lawyer involved at this point.
Beautiful place to purchase a high end vehicle. The staff is truly great. They are not pushy at all and they actually HELP you choose the perfect car.... Will recommend.........
