My experience started out good. I had been texting back-and-forth to a lady that works there telling her that we live 2 1/2 hrs away. I laid it all out... to her giving my trade in information, what we were wanting and how much we could pay. I filled out an application so we could be preapproved so we wouldn't drive all that way with two kids to just waste our time. She replied that she spoke with the general manager and he said we were good candidates to drive off with a new vehicle. I stressed it out to her multiple times that if they couldn't succeed we wouldn't drive that way and waste anybody's time. She again said that we were good candidates to get what we wanted and that it wasnt unreasonable what we wanted. So 2 1/2 hours later we test drove the vehicle and fell in love with it along with the kids. Come down to the paperwork and they couldn't make it worth our while. Now I understand they need/want to make the sell but when you just try and reel us in like that and not successful it pisses me off. I felt like I was lied to and that she didn't care that we dragged our whole family out and wasted 6 hours for nothing. On the upside the sells man tried his best to get us in the vehicle but it wasn't what we could afford which is on us. I'm upset and disappointed of the service this lady provided. She lied!

RUN RUN RUN!!! Go anywhere but here! Gave them one star since ZERO wasn’t an option! Called texted emailed about vehicles they “said” they had on the lot.... Good deals excited about getting there and checking them out. Even the night before we were going, MIKE the sales manager, said they had it and 1800 more! Sound great...almost too good to be true! Well guess what? It was! Got there, went inside, was given to a typical shady sales person, we told him why we were there, guess what he couldn’t find and said was sold last week? The vehicle that we were told was still there the night before! So he finally finds “SHADY LYING MIKE” who comes over and gives an excuse of the internet sales must not have removed it...BS but whatever! So he says he has some other good deals that he hoped we take advantage of since we came so far to find a vehicle. Well we were there so we said show us what you have but here’s our budget, the other shady sales person totally disrespected us by saying “well for the price you want to pay we can’t get you into an Armada but we can get you into a new Rogue”! I laughed in his shady face and we all got up and walked out and left! Laughing loud the entire way out to my car! Point to this story...do not go to rockwall Nissan, run, hide, go anywhere else. I have a friend who lives in rockwall and when I told him I found a good deal at rockwall Nissan and we are going to see the car this weekend, he laughed and said there’s two words you don’t hear to often “rockwall and good deal”. If you want a good car buying experience and dread it the way I do, don’t make it worse by going to rockwall Nissan!
Salesman was very polite,professional ,and nonconfrontational. I enjoyed my entire experience. They made sure to walk me through new vehicle and tour facility... to ensure I knew where to go for service etc.
My salesman Francisco Quazado was fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable. Huge showroom and selection of cars! Ever price range available with... plenty of choices. Highly recommended!!!

Had an awful experience,put in a color of a car I didn’t ask for. I was told that there was only gray and white,no blue or black in a 500 mile radius,I... found one ,after the fact at Courtesy Nissan. Waited a total of 8 hours for a car color I didn’t want. Dishonest.

You need to get a drive out price before you take the time to visit the dealership. I am just now reading others reviews that mention the high fees added... to the final price. Nice folks! Big overhead!RSmith

1. The advertised price is not the price. They publish the price of the vehicles on the internet but fail to disclose their 're-conditioning' fee of $1,495.... The reconditioning is non-existent. I purchased a 'reconditioned' vehicle and later discovered it had a fog lamp bulb out, the dome light was out, and the car needed new brakes pads all the way around. A door tensioner was also broken / unattached. 2. Get everything in writing. I was promised new floor mats for my vehicle during the negotiating process. I specifically asked for OEM floor mats and not some xxx floor mats from Wal Mart / Auto Zone. Sales person Sarah Beuchert , who also goes by Olivia Brock, said 'no problem I have a contact that can get those at cost and will deliver to you.' Of course, following the sale I was told by both her and Sales Mgr Doug to go buy my own. 3. Plates - bought my car over a month ago and still no plates. It does appear the new ownership is addressing some of the prior fraudulent business practices, expediting plates, etc. and hopefully they have cleaned house of the unscrupulous sales people. BUYER BEWARE!
I schedule for a oil change and was told it should only take an hour. I waited THREE HOURS!!! I wouldn't have been so upset if I didnt have to return back... to work but they made me late. ALSO every time I've had my oil changed I've always got a free car wash and vacuum but this time they didnt even bother to do it. very disappointed. They've always had great customer service, just upset I waited so long and didnt get a car wash.
We have been through a High Pressure Sales before and vowed to never return to that Dealership so we were very glad to find Fenton of Rockwall. Our Sales... agent, Kevin St. Louis was very helpful but did not pressure us in any way. He was respectful and helpful--he listened to us and treated us fairly. Oliver also very professional and also did not pressure us in the decisions we made. Bottom line, we are very pleased with our experience at Nissan of Rockwall!!
I usually receive excellent service at Fenton Nissan. Last Tuesday was terrible service. Nothing was done to my vehicle, but we were there 2.5 hours.... It was very frustrating. I was supposed to receive a call when my vehicle's needed part was received, but I haven't heard anything, and it's been over a week. The part should have been received a week ago. I'll give Fenton Nissan one more chance to treat me the way they used to.
