My husband spoke to financial people regarding our

My husband spoke to financial people regarding our purchase. We prefilled everything out on Friday regarding my credit score. They also re-re-it on Saturday. We did not get the lower interest rate nor the payment we were expecting to have and it took them over 3 1/2 hours to get everything processed we were not happy, and we will not be back

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They do not honor their advertised rates online. Very shady!!! Run to any other dealer besides them.

Brooklyn is GREAT

Awesome purchasing process and experience, very prompt and accommodating. Brooklyn was able to exceed my expectations. Thanks Brooklyn and Monster Motors team love my new truck.

Not the best experience

Beautiful car which I do love! Week after I bought my car my exhaust became very loud which they did fix for free. But I also have 1200 worth of suspension work I need done less then 2 weeks of purchase, which really put a damper on the whole car buying experience. I probably wouldn’t come back. I went there because of there big reputation. Just a lot more issues with a nice used car than I expected for sure!! Not really all that happy I guess. Was told they can’t fix everything and won’t make money. Guess the whole deal is what it is.

Great place to buy a car

Great place to buy a car, Great people, easy to deal with, all the cars were nice and clean and I would go back to buy another car from them again

Don't buy from Monster motors.

Ridiculous that I still have to worry about tires a year later. Will never recommend monster motors to anyone and will steer anyone away that I know is wanting to go there.

Poorly run, disorganized. Don't waste your time!

Disorganized, lack of any attention to detail or customer service. Wasted 5 days of my time with their slow communication. Meanwhile, they ran my credit, then sold the vehicle I was buying out from under me. Left a message with my concerns/complaints and of course not returned. Steer clear of this business as they are poorly run.

Monster Motors 5 stars!

Was a great experience working with Monster Motors. From start to finish the whole process was smooth and the salesman Tom was great. I will tell everyone to run to Monster Motors when car shopping and ask for Tom! Or just say " I know a guy!"

No ethics

Was working on purchasing a truck from them. Decided on a price and moved forward. Filled out the credit app and and they pulled my credit (ding on my credit score). next morning I call to ensure we are closing the deal that day, and they sold the vehicle the night before...Their word means nothing.

Pleasant dealing

I worked with Tom and Ashley and they were both wonderful. Very knowledgeable and listen to what I wanted. Didn't try to talk me into anything. Tom talked with me like he was really concerned I got a good vehicle which I did. Thanks Tom and Ashley
