Salesman, John Wilkie

I did not find the right vehicle for me, yet. But I feel confident that if they get something in that suits me I have a good connection to go back to. John Wilkie was my salesman and he was so awesome. He made me feel like I was talking to my neighbor. I did not feel intimidated at all and felt quite comfortable that he understood my needs. I have a disability with my right leg and it is hard to get in and out of certain vehicles. John never lost his patience with me even though I tried several vehicles. Someone like me greatly appreciates understanding and compassion.

Satisfied, pleasant experience

I am out of state and found the exact truck I wanted at Monster Motors using Cars.com. The salesman supplied me with plenty of pictures and the Finance guy supplied me with the sales agreement. After a little negotiation, I was satisfied with the price. When I picked up the truck it was just as described. I felt like the whole transaction was honest and easy.

Spotty sales and mid information not transparent

Sales people didn't explain anything with my sales contact just sign sign sign , added at car warranty that I thought was $34.95 a month but know it was a 3495. Add on to the loan. This needs off my agreement it's takes the whole purchase well over $22,000 for. 15,000 price for the vehicle that was brought.

Solid purchase and easy transaction.

Our Salesperson was Tom was very professional to work with, no pressure. Communication was very clear. Tom answered all our questions/concerns. Was also impressed with the dealership and vehicles on the lot. Would buy another car agin from them.

Happy with Service Department

I have to give a shout out to Monster Motors Service department. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers out. Thank you for all your help with getting my oil changed. You guys got me in and out with no problems!

Good place to look for trucks or cars

They did a great job at finding a car in my price range. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got my car within a day . Adam was a big help with getting my car .

Good selection, convenient

Quick response & same day appointment to look at vehicle I found online. Even though I did not purchase the vehicle I initially inquired about, Tom C was super helpful in finding my family the best vehicle that suited our needs. I paid cash for the vehicle & was not pushed to try to finance. Fresh service & a full tank of gas included was a nice touch. Strongly suggest dealer starts including the $700 LoJack costs into their pricing as you cannot opt out of it. One of the better experiences I’ve had buying a used car.

A few options short

Brenden was very enthusiastic salesman, not sure how much he actually knew about the vehicle we were buying. The description of options on the truck we bought stated it had backup camera, heated seats and heated steering wheel among multiple other options, so far the three mentioned are the only ones we have found are not on the vehicle. Felt a little like bait and switch, but according to Brenden we should have read the small print. I did mention to Brenden during our test drive the add said it has heated steering wheel and he didn’t say anything about small print at that point. So I guess the morale of the story is buyer beware and read the fine print.
