Awesome Experience

Hayden made buying our new Cherokee far to easy.. anything we needed to make this sale happen was done.Highly recommend him..and Monster Motors had quite a nice selection of vehicles to choose from.We LOVE our new Cherokee...from giving us the trade in we needed to keeping our payments affordable...Monster Motors did it all..

be wary of vehicle quality

Reached out by email with a couple questions regarding a vehicle- was constantly contacted by a sales rep who only seemed interested in getting me to come in or give my phone number, and refused to answer my questions. My main question was whether I could get it checked out by a local mechanic, and they wouldn't answer that. That makes me suspicious of the quality of their vehicles

Great experience

Very good communication and all of the staff were helpful and great to deal with. I am very happy with my purchase of a 2019 F150

My experience was good.

I had a good experience, Jason Stoner did a wonderful job helping me find a vehicle. Everything went fairly smooth once I made my decision.

Buy somewhere else!!

After negotiating an agreed upon price they bring up a non negotiable fee for LoJack almost $700. Had to constantly get ahold of them for a manual and extra key for the vehicle that was in the purchase agreement. I’ve bought quite a few cars in my day and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never buy another vehicle from them again.

Very Satisfied with Monster Motors

Overall we had a great experience. We worked with Brooklyn and she did a great job working out a deal in our price range. There was a noticeable blemish they were willing to take care of. The only thing that I could slightly complain about is the buying process took forever. Slow going. We had a ready check in hand and insurance certificate so our part was easy. They have a ton of vehicles on their lot. Something for everyone.

Shopping for used vehicle.

0/5. Tried to buy a vehicle from this company. Was paying cash for vehicle. Would not take cash offer. Told me cash is no good anymore because they get a kickback from the bank. Called next day to see what they would take for the vehicle in cash, and they wanted more above asking price, tax, title and admin fees. Apparently there is another fee this company charges. Also was very rude when talking to sales rep in person and on phone. Company called back and receptionist was very rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!

The BEST customer service!

My entire experience was great from searching the website for a vehicle to driving off the lot. There are great pictures and lots of information on the vehicles listed. Pre-approval process was easy and to the point. My call back saying I was approved came the same day and I was in my car. Jason Stoner is very personable and understanding! Courtney called me before I came in to see if I had any questions and emailed me as well. Rich got me through the signing of paperwork and explained everything. Wish I found this place sooner! Will recommend to everyone I know!

Poor service

Messaged dealer over the weekend thru here and got a call back from Brooklyn’s assistant on Monday. I was interested in buying the 16 Ram big horn. I am from Milwaukee Wi and was willing to travel to buy the truck. Communication was slow, Brooklyn never called to talk to me and everything was done thru her assistant. Mind you I was a cash buyer and finally today I received a text message stating that the truck was on hold for purchase. Makes me think that they sabotaged my deal for someone they might know or they are very unorganized and don’t know what’s going on. Do not work with Brooklyn!

I think this is a pretty good place to purchase a

Had a nice experience with Jason ,I pretty much got what I was looking for and I'm satisfied with my vehicle and how I was treated as a customer
