    Don’t be fooled by the fancy new building. This place is run like a junky used car dealership. Incredibly disappointed with the slimy sales tactics... used here. I called Tiger Honda multiple times confirming the price of a Civic Hatchback. The sales rep didn’t want to, but I got him to email me the price and a link to the car, so I had it in writing. I got to the dealer after an hour drive and confirmed the price with another salesperson. After test driving and going through an hour of paperwork, they told me they made a mistake on the price and wanted to charge $2,000 more. The price was confirmed by multiple people but was only found at the very end of the process? Yeah, I bet. Do not trust this scummy dealership.

    I just purchased a used truck and everyone from the sales manager on down bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I am very pleased... with the truck, the price and the perks. If you want to know about the perks call Tiger Honda. I recommend them to anyone.

    Devin sold my husband a used car for our daughter. The before the sale service was okay, but when we picked up the car we noticed the tank wasn’t full... like we had been promised it would be. We texted with Devin and sent him a picture of the gas gauge. He called and apologized and said for us to drop by when we had the chance and he would make things right. The following week I texted and asked him when I could stop by for the fill-up. He texted back and said he had given the fill-up at delivery of the car and added an emoji of an eye roll. I texted back and reminded him of the conversation with my husband a week prior. I called him trying to get this straight and he yelled at me and told me that I received the gas. I will never recommend this dealership!

    The customer service is beyond amazing. From the moment I walked in the door from the moment I drove away, Val & Michael Walker made sure I was completely... understanding of the process from A-Z, assisted me in choosing the right car for me, and ensuring me that I'd love my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a vehicle, new or used!!!

    I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord form the dealership and also purchased the Poly-Seal Protection Plan. The car was being driven My a manager so I purchased... it with about 500 miles. The Manager must have parked the car under a tree and Sap feel on it. Before purchase I informed them it need to be clean well it was not done properly. They applied the poly seal over the Sap and will not repair the vehicle. They actually want me to pay half! Sale Associates Donald Robinson and Finance Don Matthews
