DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX60 with just under 70k miles. Within 10 days of purchase the check engine light was flashing and it started making a terrible sound. As it was a Sunday we took it in to Firestone. They diagnosed engine trouble and suggested we take to the Infiniti dealership. The Infiniti dealership let us know this vehicle had been seen by them twice (April and August 2023) and needed a complete engine replacement,$14k. They even printed out these past, dated reports. This car was sold to us without disclosing it needed a new engine! T’s then asked that we take it to an additional ASE certified mechanic for a 3rd opinion. This mechanic confirmed what Firestone and Infiniti told us-engine replacement. At this point Ts continued to remind us we didn’t pay for the warranty but their mechanic would look. T’s had it for a few days then called to tell us they saw no issue with the engine. Well why was the check engine light flashing? Why are there multiple reports PRIOR to us buying the vehicle of it needing an engine replacement? Their warranty would have done no good since their in-house mechanic conveniently claimed the engine is fine. Four mechanics looked at our car. They were the only ones to say the engine was fine. Only solutions offered were to trade it in for a car on their lot, paying them even more of our money or we could pay them to replace the engine. Both options put more money in their pocket. And at this point why would we trust any other vehicle on their lot? We never once received an apology, instead the blame was placed on every person other than themselves. We offered to let them buy it back less our down payment and they refused. Most assuredly bc they know they sold us a bad car.

Very rude and unprofessional
I’ve been looking at their inventory as I am in the market for a new pick up . I must have accidentally “laughed” at a truck I was contemplating on purchasing . The owner/car salesman gets into my Facebook and laughs at a picture of my son . How DISGUSTING! I message Bryant asking if he knew me or if it was an accident he “laughed” at a picture of my son, he responds with calling me names and being highly disrespectful. NOT THE COMPANY I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Great Experience
Bought a used car from them today and after driving around Omaha to multiple car dealerships I was really happy with the customer service I received here. They were friendly and hospitable to my family and made the buying process easy. I am very happy with everything and would recommend them for future car buying.
