Looked on their website and found vehicle I was interested in. Going to check out another dealership, too. Got to their old lot - vacant. Had moved down... the road - however, that lot was vacant, too and had a "lot for sale" sign on it. SO glad I had another lot to go to.....drove all the way from Indiana. Checked their web site while sitting in the 2nd lot; still up and running. Today I checked it and it is now (finally) down with no explanation.
I drove two and a half hours after talking to some one about a particular truck. I get there and told then by another person that the truck isn't for sale,... it has problems. Two weeks later now it's still listed on the internet. So I call back and the original guy I talked to said come take a look at it, there's nothing wrong with the truck.
First of all they slapped us with a $250 service fee that we were unaware of. Then they said that they put all kinds of money into the car. But the car... started making a terrible noise and it actually needs a repair within the first week. In addition we didn't get the title until a few days before the 45 days. When I called them several times they said they would call me back but did not
Didn't buy anything. Was contacted by them. I have no idea whether they are good or not.
They were kind and helpful. Easy to work with. They allowed us to keep the car there for several days until we could bring it home. They made buying... my son his first car a very nice experience !
My sister and I went to this dealer. He had a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country many van I took for a test drive. I took it to my mechanic in Covington, Ky.... After putting the van on a diagnostic tester he found that the computer was going bad and the radiator leaked. These symptoms were unknown to the dealer. The dealer told me of oil leaks before my sister and I took it out for a test drive. I did not purchase that or any vehicle but I would still consider buying a vehicle from Mitford Auto Wholesale.
