The service department gives at best, poor communication. After almost 4 months of haggling with a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty, we lost. Then they offered money to put in a new engine so we could use it around town. Took our buyout check from Chrysler to get the new engine and had to bring it back twice in the first week. IT NEVER worked and no one from that dealership called...we lost out on the money we gave them to fix it. Get a second opinion first.

I am located in Mississippi but found the Wagoneer I wanted on the internet. I contacted them on a Friday morning and by Saturday at 2pm the car was in my driveway! They had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was a great buying experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
