I started searching for a new Camry in Springfield, then called Decatur, followed by Peoria and finally Bloomington. Zach Charlton was able to beat everyone else’s prices by a long shot. I wouldn’t recommend any other dealership in Illinois to shop with. They do honest business, and don’t treat you like just another sale of the day. Taylor, the Assistant GM sat with me for over two hours answering all of my questions in depth. I left with reassurance and beyond happy with my purchase. For as long as Zach and Taylor are employed there, I pledge my loyalty! My family and I will continue to do business with them in the future. We had an excellent experience when we purchased a new Camry LE. The sales person was quite knowledgeable and helpful. We felt very good about everything.

Maybe not so much the dealership, but Toyota in general. During the sale they diagnosed our 2022 Highlander Limited as having a bad transmission, resulting in a $16,000 less trade-in value for what I thought we would get. Neither the dealer nor Corporate Toyota would do anything for us--each pointed to the other. My lesson? Buy the extended warranty, and don't buy used Highlanders:(.
