What a great and gracious group of individuals working for Sterling Navasota. Service manager Paul McDade and his crew we're so nice to help me when I... pulled into their dealership with my broken down Ford Excursion on Wednesday. At first I just asked to borrow a socket to fix the hose coming off my Turbo which had come off between Plantersville and Navasota. Without hesitation they rounded me up the tools that I needed. Once they saw that what I was trying to attempt several mechanics including Austin jumped in to help me. Unfortunately the factory hose was not wanting to stay on the turbo. They even tried a different type of hose clamp, but the factory hose you still wouldn't stay on the turbo. So Paul suggested that I call forward and get another one. Then Paul instructed one of his employees to drive me over to get the part. Once over at the Ford dealership we found out that they did not have the part that they said they had. So we had to go to the Napa Auto Parts store to get it. We got back to the dealership around 4:50 p.m. on Wednesday 10 minutes before the guys were supposed to get off work. Soon as I got there Paul and Austin and several other mechanics all got all my vehicle and got me fixed up and ready to go. When it was all completed they told me that I owe them nothing that they were happy to take care of me and that if I was ever in the area to stop by and say hello. I must say that I have never been treated so nicely at a dealership before in my life. Paul and his mechanics treated me like family. It sure is nice to know that these great guys put my well-being ahead of their profits.
