Bruce showed me 3 different models and explained all the features in a way I could understand them. I will be coming back to this dealership and Bruce... for my next car purchases. I hate car shopping but these folks make you feel like a valued customer and very comfortable. I am not a bot and yes I have bought here before and I'm a real customer.

I would like to give a Job Well Done to two of your Toyota service advisor's, Bryan Seward and Pat Dunn. They have been providing excellent service for... our Toyota vehicles for many years. During the last month my 2010 Toyota Tundra battery terminals have been corroding at an accelerated rate. Both Pat and Bryan worked together to schedule the truck in for service and remedy the problem. They both understand the meaning of customer service and treat their customers with respect, listen carefully to the customer describing the problem and offer possible explanations of what caused the problem and recommend the type of service need to fix the problem. They also respond to the customers time schedule and work to get the vehicle in for service as quick as possible. VH
I went to Napleton's to get a new car with better gas mileage than my V8 Sequoia. Bob Rowe, Taylor and the whole team at Napleton's made the entire car... buying process painless, comical and rewarding. I saw the car I wanted for a price of $11,000. Somehow when I went to sign the contract, the price had dropped $1500 without me even trying to haggle the price down. I was fully ready to pay the asking price and I feel that I got a really good car at a really good price. Going in I was nervous, driving out I was saving gas.
