Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Unethical - scam artists. I just purchase a near $70k truck and they slipped in a hidden "VTR" $200 fee.... I spoke with manager Gilbert Morales who was pompous and rude. He even had the audacity to state twice, that his main concern was that the proper forms were signed. He didn't care that a customer who just spent close to $70k was unhappy and felt swindled. He refused to refund this anti-theft insurance scam. Luckily, there are laws in NV to protect the consumer against shady auto dealerships so I'm confident I will be able to fight this and get back my $200 that was stolen. I should also add that they lied about Costco reaching out to me in order to receive a $300 gift card because I'm a member and Costco is currently running a "deal." I wasn't going to write anything about my bad experience from the start, but now with this $200 scam, I must mention how they also failed to install the GPS SD card for the land navigation system. Which forced me to drive all the way back across town to get it installed and setup. I also paid for "as close to limo tint" as they offer, which took 3.5 hours, only to barely even notice they installed tent. Frustrating. Shame on me for not reading the fine print of the contract - shame on them for scamming a measly $200 from a customer who just paid them close to $70k for a 2020 AT4.
Earnhardt GMC fulfills all of their promises and our requests to find the best car for us. They go above and beyond any other dealer we have dealt with... and refer them with confidence! The truly live up to their logo of NO BULL!

We bring all of our company vehicles to Earnhardt even though they are a bit of distance from our shop because it's well worth the travel. Their prices... are right on par with any non dealer mechanic shop we've used in the past but their diagnosis, quality of repair, fast turn around and accurate quote for major repairs are spot on. I'd go further to say that when we factor in the costs of incorrect diagnostics we've experienced with non dealer repair shops, it's less expensive to keep our fleet running by taking our vehicles to this dealership. Initially bought vehicle here as they had the one I was interested in. Now even though there are closer same brand dealerships, I prefer to take it there.... Nice facility and nice quick service unlike several other places I've bought new vehicles from in the past. The staff is efficient and professional. My vehicle is washed and wiped down each time and nothing unexpected. I would highly recommend Earnhardt GMC.

Oil leak after service. Had to return for clean up and correction.
Dealing with the 3rd party warranty company was frustrating as they did not cover the repairs. Once the problem was rectified it seemed to be fixed, eventually.... I didnt like waiting an extra 3 or 4 days for technician on leave to get my vehicle back but other than that the dealership was pretty good.
I have brought my 2017 Acadia SLT here twice for warranty service and have been pleased both times. Shuttle service back home and a loaner car once because... a part had to be ordered. Tim has handled my issues each time and has been great about calling me to keep me informed of the progress.

DO NOT BUY A CAR/ TRUCK/ SUV from here. I just bought my GMC Yukon. I was told it had 15 miles on it when I got the keys and signed the paperwork. Once... I got in the car to drive it off the lot it had 284 miles. I called my sales representative, Jonathan Witt and he said he would call me back. He DID NOT CALL BACK. Furthermore, I requested tint on my vehicle. I was told I would receive a call back with a tint appointment. I DID NOT GET A CALL BACK for that either. PLEASE BEWARE. Even if you have to drive across town please do so and do NOT go to this GMC.
