    I purchased a 2010 cadi.. the car got some storm damage. Insurance co. Had it estimated . There was so much prior hidden damage the insurance co called... it totaled..said it should have had a salvage title.. After that I gave them a second go around. And put 2400. Down on another cadi. 2000. On my card 400 cash. They had the car for a month..never got it to me. So I asked for my money back. They gave 2000. Back on. The card. And. Said they have a check for the remaining 400. Now after a months they won't give the 400 back. Try to tell me the salesmen took the money. But I saw her give it to them. This place is a rip off go some where else...

    I have never left a review for a dealer but as they say " make a good impression and they will tell a friend, make a bad one and they will tell 100 people".... I have made numerous new and used car purchases in the past. I even sold new cars while in college and have done a few auction buy and sells on the side since then. Castle hills is by far the worst car dealer I have ever done business with. There were lots of red flags that I overlooked because I have been around the business enough to know it can be kinda hectic. I did end up buying a 2016 toyota sienna with about 70k miles. Had a clean carfax and test drove well. The traded a 2013 toyota prius wagon with comparable miles. The issue started there, after I left the lot with the used vehicle I assumed my trade would be paid off as any dealer would within a week or so. After 2 weeks I noticed it was not so I called to check, I was assured that all payoffs happened on the 7th and would happen within the week. Another 2 weeks go buy and I hear nothing with no payoff. It took a total of two months and the threat of being sued before I got a response. I made two more payments on a car sitting on there lot to keep from harming my credit. During that time we took the van on a long road trip to the mountains. During this trip I found that all 4 rotors and breaks were in serious need of replacement, so in the middle of vacation I had to spend $800 fixing an issue that never should have made it off there lot. Also during that trip I discovered all 4 tires had leaks! This is a car that should have been put on a lift and inspected, at the very least be made road worthy before sending it down the road. Another $700 on tires on a car I just bought. There excuse was that the car was priced below market, well I did plenty of research and can promise you the price did not reflect a car in need of repair and maintenance. Definitely some dangerous practices going on there and I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you have other options. The absolute worst treatment at any business I have ever worked with. Goes without saying I will never buy another vehicle from them and will do my best to make sure others don't either.

    I bought a Ford Escape Car 2 weeks ago and 1 week later the car started with a weird a sound at the front/left area of the car. The Sales Representative... Ryan Moore, told us that the car has a warranty with Ford, which is not true, we discovered this later. We went to a Auto Repair place and the technician told us that seems like this car had an accident recently. I ran a report in "Carfax" app and I found an accident reported: airbag deployed. This dealer sold me a car that was involved in an accident and did not disclose this information to me. I called the office and Erika, the person who asked my call told me they cannot do anything because I had to ask them for a Vehicle History Report and they are reporting the history of the vehicle of the cars in their website. I did not found this kind of information in the website. I sent an email to the sales representative, no response. I had to pay $750 in repairs. I already cpmpleted a complaint form with TxDMV and BBB.

    I called to verify they had the car I wanted to see. Was told they did and to “come on down.” Salesman called me back to say “come on down.” And he told... me the top on the convertible didn’t close without pushing on it. I told him we would keep looking. Got another call from a mgr saying “when will you be here.” Told her we weren’t coming. Next day they called again. And the next day - again they called. A week later another call! I finally told them to take me off their list. Got an email from them. I think I have a dealership stalker. I hope there’s a cure.

    I tried buying a vehicle approx 2 months ago. Business lost 1st contract and a month later, contacted me to try and say I hadn't signed papers. Really???... They let me test drive a truck for a month? Then, tried to make me pay well over agreed upon monthly payment. Finally got that straightened out. And now, another month later, they haven't paid off the vehicle that I traded to them for the new one. Still trying to get everything straightened out. Filed complaints with BBB and DMV. I would never use this business again and would warn anyone else against using them. They are crooks

    I went to this dealership the soonest i walked in Jesus helped me out he tried to get me into a vehicle because my credit situation I can't buy a vehicle... from them I would recomend this dealership and Jesus

    I waited to make this review, to see if I had any problems.... 30 days later, and everything is still absolutely perfect! I am loving my new baby! I highly... recommend this dealership.     The didn’t pay off my trade in. W I still had to pay my trade in and couldn’t pay for both payments. I couldn’t get them to understand that. They made... me bring it back 45 days later and took it from me. They didn’t give me my trade in back or the cash I put down. I tried to get a hold of ****on multiple times and got told that he was out of office. They owe me a truck. They are using every loophole in Texas laws. They didn’t even try to help us.
