    Went to lot to buy a truck Russell help me out. When i got in and started it he started messing with the air conditioning saying they had just worked on... it and it still was not working properly he got it to work and i test drove it and told him i may come back after work. I then returned next day to buy. I asked if they would fix the ac if i bought the truck and they assured they would. I then returned next day after repairs and went to leave in truck and the ac was not fixed Roy assured me that they cant have me without ac and he would definitely have it fix they then had me take to larry h miller dodge dealer for analysis and they said the control was bad so radiator king replaced it after couple days and that still did not fix it. Again Roy had me take to Peterson dodge dealer dealer to have it diagnosed and check for a particular recall on thar year of truck for the problems. The recall had been done prior and dealer said it was a striped gear on the airbox and it was going to be a very expensive fix. I did not expect for smart buy to pay the huge bill for a as is vehicle but i expected for Roy to keep his word to get it fixed or keep helping me out on what he acted he was so concerned on me not having working ac or heater. Roy got the news of the repairs and told me he was going to talk to his mechanic on different options. And also said at least we have a little bit more answers we can go off of. Not even three minutes later he text me saying that he was going to wipe his hands clean of this truck and if I wanted to I could come to the dealership and get a different vehicle I didn't want a different vehicle I wanted that one. He then said that I can contact radiator King to see what they can do but he wasn't going to help me but he was so concerned and he won't really wanted to know what it took to repair the truck and if it wasn't too expensive that he would look to see what kind of money he had in the truck to where he can help me out with the repairs. I took it the radiator King he had it for a couple of days and he had jerry-rig something to wear now I have a working AC and heater. It cost me a little over three hundred bucks mainly in labor because they had to get into the dash which radiator King is awesome for repairs and Dan who I work with was great. So I called Roy couple days later after the fix to tell him that it was now fixed and was hoping that maybe he had a little Integrity to where he would say that he was going to help me on the payments of the repair I didn't expect it but hope he would do maybe something maybe half the repairs. He acted like I was bothering him on his day off to tell him that the repairs were done and everything is great. He just lacks a little integrity and customer service in the fact that he just backed out of it when the going got tough luckily radiator King fixed it for a good price. So overall I ended up with a nice truck and Russell was good with helping me Roy was until he backed out of his integrity of his promise to help fix the truck. I never would have expected him to fix an as is vehicle but he was the one who said he was going to do it and that was the only reason I ended up buying it because he assured me that I would have a working air conditioning in a $14,000 truck. I do have a working air conditioning now but it was at my own expense so I guess it would depend on if I would refer this dealer to anyone else I would probably make sure they got the promises in writing and to not expect Roy to be a man of his word. Otherwise all that I'm a happy customer

    Rick, You are right Rick it was my day off when you called and I had spent over 700 chasing this AC issue and offered you to get another vehicle. I... paid for 2 diagnosis from new car stores that didn't know what they were doing and had to do a lot of research and did discuss this with Dan at Radiator King in depth. I also did say talk to me about it after Radiator King looked at it and you did call me and I was with my 4 year old daughter and yes I was preoccupied and glad that you did call me. I don't however read minds and may have been quick to get off the phone. You then want to question my integrity because I got off the phone to fast? Because I offered to take it back? Because I didn't know you wanted me to pitch in at least 100? We talked a few times please call me and lets figure this out I believe I did as much as I possibly could and as a Car Dealer I don't know of anyone else that would have offered to take it back or have spent as much time trying to get this figured out. It wasn't Dan at Radiator King operating alone on this. Either way give me a call or stop by I really don't mind pitching in another 100. Thanks

    Bought a vehicle from them a couple days ago. They had a bluestar vehicle inspection done prior to sale. It was the easiest experience I have ever had.... Everything was very transparent.

    Do not waste your time and definitely not your money with this place. My son recently purchase me his first truck with this dealership and it was nothing... but a complete rip off. He dealt with you in good faith and put trust in what only I see as a true scam artist. He didn’t even have the truck a week and it left him stranded on his way home to see his family. You “promised” to do your “due diligence” and make get it looked at by a mechanic. I’m not sure what kind of mechanic looked at his truck but he doesn’t know Jack about vehicles. He picked up his truck after being told it was fine and it wasn’t. Pulled away from the mechanics shop doing the same crap it was doing when it stranded him. Now you claim you’ve done all you can. I don’t know your definition of due diligence and I certainly don’t know what your morals and ethics looks like but from this example of how you conducted business with my son I’m sure glad he has enough character, worth, morals and ethics to serve this country and defend your rights to be unethical. Thanks for making sure you cashed his hard earned check and left him with a pretty truck to look at! May God Bless you more than what you did my son!

    I was contacted by your son that the vehicle had left him stranded on the way to visit you. My due diligence was prior to selling the unit it was che...cked out by our mechanics. Your son did contact me and from the description it sounded like a speed sensor may have been acting up. He told me where the vehicle was and then I had it towed to a new car Dealership with their factory trained Techs at Middlekauf Ford of Twin Falls Idaho. I paid A1 Towing for the tow and Ford for the diagnostic. The professionals at the factory trained Ford store diagnosed the vehicle and couldn't find anything wrong. We notified the customer of this and had him pick it up and told him if he had questions to ask the service advisor at the Ford store. I then sent an e-mail to the customer as I believe the sensor may have started going out. I am not a mechanic by any means but a repair for a sensor shouldn't run more than $230 at a reputable place. The customer sent a text to us and was happy that we had done all of that for him. The vehicle was bought AS IS. In summary and answer to your statement "I’m not sure what kind of mechanic looked at his truck but he doesn’t know Jack about vehicles." That would be the Factory trained technician at the Ford store. I don't know how much more due diligence I could have done than exactly what I did.

    I have been driving by this place for a while and finally was in a position to buy went in and everything went smooth. Was driving my vehicle home in less... then an hour of showing up. Best car buying experience I have ever had

    Roy Hallet is a fake he’s wicked and all about money to cheat you out of a vehicle. They don’t help. Do I turn too. They weren’t reasonable they have a... few bad reports already how bad their services is already. The engine in my car was rattling and took a dump on me while driving. I don’t recommend this place they just anything they can at you fraud they give you cold stares constantly and walk in and out of the room nervous prolong your stay and act like they can’t get something to work a computer they should be ashamed

    Facts You bought an Acadia in June 2018 and you were offered a warranty at time of sale. You declined. October 2018 you stopped in and wanted a full... refund for the vehicle I declined your offer. I did offer 9000 in trade and you declined. Fast forward to January 2019 you dropped the vehicle off at my lot after you had blown the motor up, once again you asked for a full refund. I really wanted to help you and offered a trade in for 3 thousand and I would have put a new motor in it. I had recently upgraded my computer systems and was having some issues that particular day with some access to my Banks. I apologize for this. When I went to put in the credit app information and help switch you into a Toyota Corolla you stated you weren't working. You then sat in my office and just stared at me asking if I would refund your vehicle. I'm sorry I was unable to comply with your offer of buying it back with a blown motor. I wish you the best.

    LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR!! After being given the run around at another dealership I went to Smart Buy. I was interested in a Volkswagen Beetle.... Russell the manager told me it was a great car everything worked and the only reason they had it for sale was because the prior owner wanted a truck. I was in a hurry because the loan company was about to close and so I purchased the vehicle. The next morning after driving the car a little bit and looking around, i found out that the car was completely out of oil, the Radio kept shorting out, the heater stopped working and a/c didn't work, the sunroof opened but wouldn't shut and several other issues.. I contacted Russell and he told me to take it to Radiator King and they would look at the car. My car sat there for over 24hrs and nobody had even looked at it. I called Russell again and said at this point I would rather have my money back because of the fact that I was lied to about specific things on the car. Russell told me that he wasn't going to give me my money back or help with any repairs on the car

    Fact You bought a 2200 dollar vehicle with no check engine light with a good transmission. You did call and say you were having struggles with the su...nroof. That particular day the temperature was in the low 20s And we had recently had some rain and snow combined. You also stated the radio was shorting out. I did respond that I would help resolve the issue and then I asked if there was ice or snow on top of the car and you replied yes. I asked you to break it off and then try the sunroof. You did and it worked at that point I advised you not to open it up as sunroofs are not built out of metal. Sunroofs have a lot of plastic parts that can easily break especially in the cold when bound up with ice and snow. Fast forward a day later you stated to Russell my son that the heater wasn't working at stop lights you were asked to take it to Radiator King. Then you gave my son a laundry list of issues with your 2K car. The mechanics were busy and unable to look at it on your time frame. You then asked for a refund when we still did not know what the issue was. You then decided to get 5 of your friends to spam google with fake reviews..... I did not know all the facts and wanted to help resolve the stereo issue and especially the heater issue. After your attack on my character as a reputable 4.5 star business and lowering it to 3.9. I'm sorry I was unable to help you.

    This place is the best dealership i have been to they gave me a fair number on my trade and didnt try to pressure sell me on anything. i have bought a... few cars in my days and they all play games with me i love to see a dealership that is just straight forward and honest
