Needed a dependable ride!

We had a really good experience with Matt Taylor Kia of Lancaster. We were greeted by Salesman Alec Alksnis , he had the Kia we were looking to purchase ready when we got there. Between our bank and Kia's finance department everything was ready to go in a short while. It was a great experience and I would definitely purchase from them again! I love my KIA!

Customer

My understanding was the dealership would clean the car after the repair session. I got back in my car and the car had not been vacuumed and there were still marks on my front windshield.

Had a Jeep in mind.

I viewed the Jeep that I actually purchased on the same day. James Grover was very helpful and mindful of what I was looking for in a car. Everyone that I met there were friendly and helpful!

Good salesman

We had an excellent salesman, Doug. Our daughter was looking for a first time car purchase. He took his time to educate her about Kia and what to look for in a car. He was not high pressure and very genuine. The only knock was actually trying to purchase the car. We had already decided on it, forwarded our licenses and insurance information and had made an appointment to purchase. Almost a full three hours later, the finance person finally met with us. I’m happy it was a busy day for Kia but it certainly changed our evening plans. What had become a seamless car purchase experience, ended in somewhat frustration. We would certainly go back but improvement in the finance dept could be made.
