Dealing with Robbie was great. I purchased the vehicle over the phone since I live in another state. He made the entire process very easy and was nice... to talk to. He would always return my phone call or text and was very helpful. This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had and may ever have. The finance manager Chase was very helpful and kind as well. The entire group at this dealership was very professional and kind over the phone and through text messaging. I will always be thankful for them. My experience went perfect and had no issues. This dealership should be recognized for their great customer service. A++
we were looking for a suv , we were comparing different vehicle our sales lady was sara , she was so helpful ,she answered all of our questions very well... , and I like to ask a lot of questions, we compared prices of used and new , dave the manger he was the best , he made sure sara went through every thing , she is very good at what she does. we did purchase a new jeep very very happy with every thing. before we left they made sure it was all cleaned up , tank full of gas , I also want to thank chase for every thing he did for us. job well done
Dave did an outstanding job helping me pick out a new Jeep and going over all the available features. He also helped me determine the best financing options.
Maybe because I was a female, maybe because I was looking at a used car not a new one, but my experience with Marthaler was, to date, my most disappointing... with a car dealer. The biggest disappointment was the lack of customer service that must be present in every business, especially sales. Again perhaps it was because of the two reasons reasons above ( it happens) but there was no engagement by sales staff, follow through, or going above and beyond to make a visit, a good experience. When I pointed my perspective out to a sales staff, I was told "we do the best we can".
First off let me say this. I hate shopping for vehicles. This being said the "best price dealerships" are not much different. Their "fair market analysis"... is their excuse for being able to change their price after denying an offer you gave them. So about six weeks ago we started looking for a van to purchase as a gift. We searched high and low and found a few we liked. Marthaler had one that interested us. So we drove the hour+ to go look at it and took it for a test drive. We were interested and made them an offer. They obviously denied it and tried explaining their "best price dealership" to us. I understood and wasn't willing to pay what they were asking. We continued our search and three weeks later they dropped the price $1000. So we decided to go talk to them again. We upped our budget and made them a better offer. (We were only $800 less than what they were asking). They denied us and claimed they were already taking a loss and couldn't afford to go down anymore. We went through the manager all the way to the GM. He said the best he could do was get us about $500 away from our offer. We decided that it wasn't in out budget and left. Well two weeks later we see they dropped their price by $1000 again! So my wife drove the hour plus to go talk to them and see if they would accept an offer $233 less. (I like nice round numbers). They told her no. She told them she would make a couple calls and let them know if we were going to take it. While she was waiting to hear from me and another person they gave her a business card and told her to call when she heard. S she left and did some shopping. Less than an hour later she called to tell them we would take the van. However everyone we needed to talk to was "busy". So she was told they would give him a message and have him call her right back. An hour passes and shopping is all done. No phone call. She decided to drive back to the dealership and guess what?!?! They sold the van about an hour before she showed up. We get that they didn't hold the van and we didn't commit to anything. When she got their to ask about the van she saw it was pulled into their back area and no one was paying any kind of attention. Finally the GM stopped starring at his computer screen. Looks at her then sends a sales rep out to tell her they sold the van. He quickly scurried to the back where customers aren't allowed. They had no explanation to why she wasn't given a call. Apparently our money time and effort didn't mean a thing. Everyone claims to have great customer service and yet all three times we went in there the only one who had personality and paid attention to my wife was a new kid (sorry I cannot remember your name) however I want to give you props anyways. The rest had no time for us. Specially when I wasn't there when my wife went the last time. I understand that first come first served. Not sad that we didn't get the van. If it wasn't for the kids name that I couldn't remember (sorry again) I would have put my overall at 1 star.
David and his team went the extra mile for me!I have known him forever,I would definitely return again to do business!
Great service everyone was helpful friendly answered all of my questions
Bought online. Sales people were high pressure. They had the truck I wanted but all the other dealers had similarly priced vehicles with different options.... They gave me $1200 less than the other dealerships offered me I was working with. You can find better deals if you are flexible with options. They advertise free 7 state delivery but will sell for less if you offer to come to dealership to pick up. Didn't get a full tank of gas. New vehicle had over 250 miles on it when I picked it up. Dealership was operating out of construction trailer.
