    Service department very nice when I go. But they will not return calls, texting or email. Very frustrating. Three time they attempted to fix my headlight... that keeps getting condensation in it. It is not fixed yet. My car is using oil between oil changes at times. They can’t figure out why.

    Did a expensive service with them including tire rotation . Car started wobbling immediately . They forgot to put lug nut on rear tire . Mr Phillips blamed... it on the car being old . HE WAS VERY RUDE!

    GO ELSEWHERE FOR A SUBARU! Bought my car. Was happy. Since the purchase, people have been rude, and I mean rude!! Have been lied to 4 times about an... option on my car. 4 Times!!! I have called Subaru of America. Do not expect anything to happen. But I do not recommend this dealership. They obviously do not know the product they are selling. They should know if a particular vehicle has an option or not.

    Richard King made our experience in buying a new car a very pleasant one! No pressure sales, he was very upfront and honest about our options, once we... decide which car we wanted he helped us all the way through, even to showing us how to work all the options in the car!     I had to take my car in for its annual state inspection. They found a few issues (lighting)but I was pleased to learn that, thanks to my extended warranty,... I only had to pay a small portion. They ordered the parts and I came back a few days later where the repairs were completed well and in a timely manner.

    Hyman Brothers has been around Richmond all my life - they wouldn't still be in business if they hadn't paid attention to customer service. Their sales... staff are friendly and personable. They actually work with you, taking steps to help you determine your best financing options. Their service staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. While it is sometimes a little difficult to find a quick appointment time, that just tells me that they are good at what they do. The ability to schedule an appointment online is convenient. Recently, a repair/replacement under warranty was made quickly and the service staff worked to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I have also been able to benefit from the use of a loaner car during some general service I had scheduled for my Forester. Love my Subie and HB is great!
