I really like the quality of trucks they had in their inventory. Jose and Clay worked with me proficiently to make it happen. We went through a couple... cycles of negotiations and less than a week later the deal was done! I had certain needs and price point and they made it happen. Will definitely try to work with them again.

I found a jeep online and first I emailed and then texted but did not here back. So then I called and left a message. I live in Houston and the dealership... is in Austin. I was called back promptly by James. I gave a really low offer for the jeep and they countered and said they would check on some online bids and call me back. James did and called back and let me know their lowest price and I thought it was still really good. I told them I would be up next day to purchase if it was clean. James even put the top on it for me for the drive home in the anticipation that I was buying it. It was in cl decent shape and I bought it. It was about 4 to 5 grand less than I could by a 2012 for in Houston. Drive it home and have been pleased with purchase. The dealership is tucked away but a nice dealership and really nice people. I was definitely satisfied.
I love the folks at 360 Exotics... Clay and Chris are not only professional, but are very down to earth and makes the experience there very pleasant.... I could go anywhere to deal with car/truck purchases, but I CHOOSE to deal with Chris and Clay at 360 Exotics.. Do yourself a favor and please give these guys a chance to earn your business. Had a car I told them I would buy, no question about it. They ran my credit, approved me, I said send me deposit instructions, didn't hear from them... for 48 hours, and they then sold it to someone else. I understand only the deposit confirms the sale, but it is not ethical to sell a car to another buyer after hurting my credit rating unless I was not approved or I backed out - which according to the salesman neither was the case. I hope you can sleep at night screwing with people that way... I couldn't.
Jose and Seth were personable and willing to help, and the sense was to serve the customer rather than their own bottom line. Would shop with them again.
This was a super easy car buying experience. They don’t waste your time with a long sales pitch, they are efficient and honest. Ask for Seth, he... rocks!
I have worked with the buying of cars from $5,000 to $330,000 and with all the cars I have bought or have worked with people to buy, these guys had BY... FAR the WORST service of all of them. Their documents on cars don’t match up, they list the wrong options for cars(whether that is out of ignorance or incompetence I can’t tell you) they give poor excuses, they didn’t respond several times and from several other reviews you can note that they straight up rip people off. There is no chance I would ever recommend this dealer to anyone.

Had a very poor experience with this dealership. Called the dealership on April 5th inquiring about a carfax report for a lexus ls460 they had on their... lot. Spoke with Jose and he steered me in the right direction and was very helpful. He even followed up with a text message later that evening. "Hi Sean, this is Jose with 360 Exotics. Just wanted to follow up and make sure that all of your questions were answered in regards to our 08 Lexus LS 460 LWB that you inquired about. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help!" The price was pretty high at that time somewhere in the 19's so I kept an eye on it. A couple weeks later they dropped the price to about 17500. When I got a notice for this price drop I texted Jose "Noticed y'all dropped the price online. That's good it was high. Get it down to 16500 and I will most likely buy it, depending on how an inspection turns out" NEVER GOT A RESPONSE OR HEARD BACK FROM JOSE. At the beginning of May I got another notice that the price on this car had dropped to my magic number of 16500 so I called the dealership to talk about buying the vehicle and let them know I was having it inspected by Auto pi. Seth (THE SALES MANAGER) answered, said he was about to leave and that I could talk with Jose. I explained to Seth that I didn't want to work with Jose because he already dropped the ball. Of course he was good with that and I ended up dealing with Seth. After receiving the inspection report on May 4th I called Seth and we discussed it. I have a Harley we discussed a possible trade on and also discussed the sale not being contingent on trading for the Harley. I had requested a picture of something on the inspection report and asked him what he needed to get for it. The vehicle was getting some suspension work done so Seth was supposed to follow up with me when it was completed and also send me an picture I had requested of something on the inspection report. The very last text I sent him that same day said "We could go ahead and run my info by your lenders and see what our options are there. Got about 650 credit score but I don't have any other loans out other than a couple grand in student loans" I went to my credit union a couple days later and it turns out my credit was 683. They approved me for a vehicle in about ten minutes. I was absolutely going to buy this vehicle. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM SETH AGAIN. So I said screw it I'm not calling again I'll just keep looking and find another one. Today, on May 25th, after noticing the car still listed online, I said screw it again and texted Seth to ask about the car. "Y'all get that car fixed? Never heard back from you. Still see it in your inventory. Let me know what you will do on trade for the bike please." This was his response "Yes Sir the LS actually left today, the owner bought it for his mother, nothing I could do to stop that from happening my friend....is there another I could help you on?" Yeah my friend. You could have followed up with me like you said you were going to and the car would have sold 2 weeks ago. Anyway. I'm just venting. But these are the facts. Pretty crummy service from the sales staff.
