    Had a good experience purchasing our vehicle and even bought a second one. But getting the service center to call back when there are issues or when you... are just trying to get regular service is a nightmare. We have had multiple issues until we sent an email outlining our experiences with the service department. From that we were offered a free oil change, loaner car and a VW travel mug that was broken. Purchasing a car from an out of town dealer is pain enough, but when they don’t call you back or make false promises, it’s not worth it at all.

    -Customer service great -facilities great -quality great. - Pricing of service is ridiculous. 101.00 for a fuel filter???? Pricing structure... of scheduled maintenance seems a little high to me.

    I could not think a worse car buying experience . First, their sales personnel were extremely pushy and degrading of other car dealership and cars. They... talked to us like we were children who understood nothing about the car market. The car we were looking to purchase had a small amount of rust above one of the wheels. (A concerning fact since the car was only 2 years old) So we asked if we could take the car to a mechanic to have the car looked at. They agreed to let us take the car; however, right as we were getting the keys, they said another couple was here to look at the car and test drive it, so we would have to wait until they were done. Immediately, I told the sales person that, "If they want to buy the car now, that's fine, we can go look at other places. We understand if they are willing to purchase immediately, you have to sell it to them." The sales staff assured us that they would know very quickly if they were going to purchase the car and begged us to wait. After an hour and a half of waiting we finally decided to just leave. Later on, we found out that the couple who purchased the car had already seen the car, had an appointment to see the car, and told the sales personnel that they were very interested in purchasing the car. However, none of this information was ever relayed to us. Instead we sat and wasted a good chunk of our afternoon. Beyond the terrible experience, I cannot begin to explain how rude management seems to treat their customers, the interest rate we were quoted was over 20%. At first, when I was asked what the rate was, I was told they were not allowed to tell me that information, but they told me the payment, months, and selling price, so I was able to back into the rate they were using. After going to another car dealership, we found our correct rate was close to 17% lower. Worst of all, after purchasing a car from another dealership, I called Andy Mohr to speak with a manager about the experience. I tried to explain that I understood that it was a business, but I had felt as though we were treated poorly. After about a 10-15 minute conversation, I hoped would help to make sure no one else's experience was as poor as ours, the manager clearly was not understanding why I was concerned with their customer service. Then 2 days following, I received a call from that same manager asking if I was still interested in purchasing a vehicle. I was blown away that he would even think there was a chance I would come back to Andy Mohr. Clearly he did not care for the feedback that I had given him 2 days prior. Again, this just reiterates the fact that Andy Mohr does not care about their customers. Throughout the entire experience we felt swindled and taken advantage of. They clearly only cared about selling the car and not the reputation that they were portraying to the world. I would suggest shopping anywhere else besides an Andy Mohr dealership unless you want to be taken advantage of and treated poorly.

    I needed to trade in my 2013 for a car. That was year or so newer with lower miles on. That was a joke never let me see any of the used cars they already... hsd one picked out for realy andy mohor well to make a long story short i got screwed on this car its a year older 16,000 more miles on and been wrecked. Then charged me all most 11,000 for red flags should of walked away pushy sale people they lie to you just to sale you a car warning do buy from andy mohor vw

    Finance end was horrible, tried to sucker me into warranty without asking first for 2,000, Credit was approved at 5% interest but when we walked out on... them they ran our credit over 9 times making my score drop a lot! Bought a car from Bart’s the next day, excellent services there.
