Very disappointed with the service
I ordered a part for my Murano and it was supposed to be in last Friday and it still isn’t here.I called them and they said they wouldn’t order me another part until they found out what happened to that one.I had to order one off line.Sorry service
Waste of time
Save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle somewhere else, they can't even be trusted to do simple tasks like oil changes. Worst dealer in the state, possibly the world. Also, if you're expecting something to be done under warranty you'll be disappointed.
Worst place ever, took my vehicle because the lights kept going dim and gauge was acting up. My husband told tech that it was the alternator. They call and said it was not alternator but it needed a battery and belt, so that cost us almost 400.00 Two days later the same thing started lights going dim and gauge going down every time lights dim. We took it back told tech. They check it out and said the same thing nothing wrong with it. They need to get some experience technicians who really know what to look for. I will never take my vehicle there again and will tell others about my experience.
This turned out to be the worst experience I have ever had trying to get a vehicle serviced. I will not be coming back I will drive anywhere else to get a service other than here.
Inquired about a used vehicle the dealer had for sale. The dealer never contacted me about the vehicle but sent me information about new cars I had no interest in.
