I wrote a previous negative review. Transwest contacted me immediately to address my issues. Larry offered me a sincere apology and accepted responsibility... for his mistake. I feel like he went above and beyond to satisfy me and make it up to me. I think that their level of customer service is special, when so many other companies try to blame the customer or anyone else so that they can avoid responsibility. I was very impressed and I am even willing to remove my previous complaint. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to do that. I would recommend them in the future because everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but not many companies are awesome enough to bend over backwards to correct it. While I didn't buy a car from them at this time, I will keep them in mind when I'm looking again.
