i can’t even begin to describe how unprofessional this dealership is. I had previously bought a vehicle from them and said I would never step foot back in there again, but I foolishly gave them a second chance, which was a huge mistake. My first experience was the most unprofessional and infuriating process I have ever dealt with, and nothing has changed. Who in their right mind thinks it is acceptable to rest their foot on the side rail of a potential buyer’s vehicle? The arrogance and cocky attitude here is overwhelming, especially in the way they talk down to women. They are condescending, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism or respect. The snide remarks and arrogant behavior are not only a deterrent but a clear warning sign. Do yourself a favor and take your business anywhere else. This dealership is terrible and does not deserve a single customer.
