What a great experience! Our salesman was Hamza. I already knew what I wanted so we did a fun test drive and went from there. Total time with the sale was 2 1/2 hours. Everyone involved was friendly and motivated. Great team! Please do yourself a favor and go to Sun Toyota and ask for Hamza. You won’t be disappointed.

We arrive at 10am, Ran Number and went to all HIDDEN FEES this Desler has, The Vendor Or the person we meet Looks like he was the secretary of the Real Vendor Joe, They ran the credit and boths disappear for over 45 min, I had to ask another vendor to have at least one of them to come, No One discuss w us Interest rate, Car payment etc till They took us to Real Financial Guy, He is been there for 12yrs and seems to care, He was the one who explain us All the approval etc at the last Minute the Vendor Didn't communicated that our agreement was 72and not 84 Months Good catch for us. The car delivery took another 30min we have to ask again for the Secreatary of Joe to come and do the delivery.. Please make your self a favor and avoid these 2

Hamza was the highlight of Sun Toyota, everything else was a disaster. Had a truck for 3 weeks, and noticed they never paid off my trade-in. When I brought this to their attention I was told it was a paperwork error and I should come in. Boy was I wrong, they advised having dealer remorse and If I wanted to keep the truck I would need to pay an extra $3500. When I said No, they said ok thanks we will just give you back your truck. Needless to say, came home in my traded in truck. Be very careful, Adrian their finance manager is extremely arrogant and downright unprofessional would not fess up to their error and own it. Even Toyota Finance, Corporate and two other dealerships were shocked. To add salt to the wound, Mark Schols their GM totally gaslighted the situation and seem unphased by his teams unprofessional behavior. Keep your distance.

Hamza is just the best guy that you can buy a car from he really works to get you in the ride that you want. Just great hats off to you Hamza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
