I can not believe how easy it was to sell my beautiful Fiat. Eddie Richardson is a wonderful person to deal with. He told me what I had to do, the assessor... came to the house, they offered me what I thought was a fair price, the money was deposited to my account and I dropped off the car. Easy peasy. I will buy my next car from Eddie for sure! Never go to a dealer again. Thanks for the great experience Mr. Richardson!!! You are the best ever.
Car Buyer USA was too good to be true but it was. I Had great experience Truck never left my property until funds were wired to my bank account. Brian... and I had agreed on a price we were both happy with and he was buyer and I was the seller. Brian is top notch. Thank you
Very helpful nice people to do business with. Very professional and out going
Thank you for your business!
They offered to buy my car and I accepted offer. And that was it as I never heard from them again and now I can’t resubmit for offer due to their negligence.... I should have trusted the awful reviews.
Provided all necessary information requested on a Jeep Wrangler a week before Memorial Day. Was aggressively pursued for my drivers license and copy of... title, which was provided. Was told appraisal would come in 3-7 days, I was ghosted. When I called back to follow up I was given excuse of hail damage being stated on the report, which was incorrect. Even if there were no one even bother to communicate that to me, I had to call back 14 days later. Was attempting to sell prior to Memorial Day, what one might consider a highly sought after weekend to have it. Was told nothing sought after right now with Pandemic and riots happening. Hung up immediately, my rep Jason took zero accountability.
worest selling experiences i have ever had! i live in queens, ny. first they offer me very good price but i have to drop my car at nj, which is 36miles... away. they knew how far it is and they said would pay me uber back. when i get there and drop the car, they said the max amount of uber they pay is $50! there is no way to get back to queens in $50. and then, they start the xxxxxxxx, they said the offer was a mistake, and i should know that was a clear mistake, cuz it is not possible that my car worth that much. i was very busy at the time and i need the money kinda in rush. i don't want to go back to nj to pick my car. so i still try to sell it to them. after we had an agreement of price, they started another xxxxxxxx. they said they don't feel comfortable about this, so they will pay a initial fund, and i need to mail the title before they complete the whole payment. when i questioned about that, the seller named brian actually said"you wanna do this or not, this is only we are gonna pay you." in a very rude attitude. do not sell your car to them! especially two seller i worked with named brain and edwin.
Bait and switch tactics, read the contract before you sign and understand it is not a seldom used loophole for them to lower the price. My experience... with them included agreeing to a set price with full disclosure on the condition of the car, including photos and answering all questions. They then took the car at a local auto auction and who executed an inspection, including gross misestimation of repair costs, and they lowered their offer by almost $4,000. When I called to discuss this offer, the people I previously dealt with screened my calls and refused to answer the phone. When I finally broke through their phone system to talk to customer service, they attempted to negotiate a lower price and made it highly challenging to release my car. Do not waste your time with this company, you're likely to lose either your time or money dealing with their deceptive sales tactics (rapidly switching representatives, dropping calls, predatory contract language, barriers to reclaiming your property).
I signed some BS "contract" for a specific price. After advertising that "they come to you", they wanted me to drive two hours to them. They agreed to... finally have it appraised at my house. I sat around all day and no one showed. That should've been my first clue. Someone finally showed up a different day and told me he appraised it for more than I agreed to - good news! Finally, the "boss" called me with my offer. Almost 4K less than what I agreed to originally. This was two weeks of my life I will never get back. If you value your time and sanity, STAY AWAY from this joke of a company.
Can you provide more info so I can look into your concerns. A last name and year/make /model vehicle you are selling would help greatly. Thank you, ...CarBuyerUSA
Overall this company was horrible. The only good that I can say about this place was the sales rep I spoke to. He helped me through the whole process and... sent me all required documents to get my truck sold. With that said this is where it became unprofessional. In their inspection process they said it would take 2-3 business days which then was awesome a quick turnaround, nope. They took three weeks and in between those three weeks I wouldn't hear anything from anybody for days and had to email and call them myself on many occasions and from those emails I would hear "its off the inspection" and then a week later hear something different. I then get a call from Brian, there pricing manager and he tells me all the bad news that I already knew about the truck and offered me only $7000 for a truck worth well over $10,000. I could have done this all within a day of what took them three weeks. I recommend nobody tries to sell their vehicle hear because its not worth the hassle and if your vehicle isn't in perfect condition you will get a low ball offer.
Hello, What type of vehicle did you have and what location? Without more information it's hard to lookup your file to see what the details were. Th...anks, CarBuyerUSA
Sent in a car to have an offer......they where 10k off. True Low ball. Really need to do more research into the cars other than just running a VIN....but... that would be Customer service and looking at the poor rating you already have before my review I'm not seeing much of that.
