    I spent my whole day Saturday looking for a car that I could afford with not having any credit and royston at the laurel store was a great help and made... everything happen for me! Any questions or concerns I had with this being my first time buying a car was great and he explained everything very well for me. It was a great first time experience and he was a very nice and down to earth guy.

    My Salesperson was fantastic! He wasn't high pressure and answered all my questions. He was very respectful and took his time with my daughter and myself.

    Nick Cuplit was my sales person. He is great at what he does. He makes sure you get what you want. He went above and beyond just to make sure I got what... I wanted. When something looked wrong i called and he answered and made sure I was good with the out come. Thanks Nick I'm riding again.

    Purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve truck ($66k+ truck) and was wined and dined until they got my money. After the papers were signed it was... screw you! I was encouraged to buy my bed cover from them because it would be included in the 5 yr/100K mile warranty. Their price ($1,176.00) was much higher than what I could purchase on my own ($850.00) but the extended warranty, I felt, was worth the extra money. The part was not in stock so they had to order it and it was to be delivered within 7-10 business days. I need the bed cover as we transport 3 passengers and two dogs in my vehicle which only leaves the bed for storage. We took an immediate vacation and had to take two cars as there was no way to secure the cargo in the bed of my new truck and we accepted that as we bought the truck knowing it would take 7-10 days for the part. Four days after purchasing the truck Tom from the service department calls needing the size of my bed. Well they don't make a long bed crew cab and they had my VIN. If you know anything about a dealership, they won't even order a screw for you without having your VIN. So, at this point, I new my part was not even ordered. Three and a half weeks later and numerous phone calls later the part arrives. I drop my truck off the night before the appointment and get a call the next afternoon that they ordered the wrong part and NOW they say NISSAN doesn't make a bed cover to fit my Platinum Reserve truck. After an hour of waiting on the Service manager, who had already left for the day, miraculously they can now have a custom bed cover made for my truck but it will be at least another 10 business days before it comes in. I request that the dealership put me into a vehicle that I can use to tow my boat and transport my dogs and "Sorry, we can't do that". So I decide to cancel the bed cover and request a refund. Sales Manager Nate Thomas fills out a "Check request" for $1,176 plus tax for my refund,signs it, gives me a copy and says you will have your check next week. Next day I get a call from Missy Blair in Tischer's finance that says she can't issue me a check that it has to go to Nissan because I didn't put any cash down. I said yes I did I put over 17K down in equity from my trade in, she became very ignorant and said no, you didn't put anything down and your check is getting sent to Nissan. I told her not to process the check and to transfer me to Nate Thomas. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes eventually speaking with Nate who could only say, sorry, I can't do nothing until the general manager comes back next week. So here I am unable to purchase an aftermarket cover for my truck, paying a higher monthly payment because I financed the cover and can't even use my truck to travel with. Look at all the recent reviews, this will tell you why to stay away from this dealership. I have already made contact with my family attorney and will await the "owner's" call next week to see how they want to resolve this.

    I have purchased many vehicles and this was by far my best experience! The entire staff was attentive and friendly. Much different than the last time I... shopped here. Good job to the new manager Angel.
