Went to see a used car which actually looked better in person than online. Alex the sales guy was cool, let us drive it with him with us, and answered... all our questions. Best part was he did not act like a high pressure used car salesman trying to fast talk us into buying.
I was first so excited with my car and for such a great price but its only been 4 months and i need to make $4,000 worth of repairs,The engine mounts... need replacing, the front and left axel need replacing, Suspension arms need replacing, spark plugs need to be replaced. All major work, which the warranty will not cover, (Paid $2585 extra) I am still waiting on my license plate and I purchased the car in April. very upset. wish i paid more at another dealership.

Ross and Ramsey were absolutely FABULOUS to work with! Super kind, very informative and honest. I was a first-time buyer and they were able to give me... a KILLER interest rate and a great payment plan for my financing. Both gentlemen walked me through of all the paperwork and what options I could choose from. I was very impressed by how this smaller family-owned dealership conducted business! As I was shopping for a used car, I went to two other dealerships (bigger franchises) first and did not have the same quality experience that I did at Royal Auto. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. There is no other word to describe Royal Auto Dealer. Ramsey and Ross are incredible and a nice breath of fresh air when... it comes to "Used Auto Dealers". They are clear, transparent and hold TRUTH to their word. I cannot express that last part enough, there are NO games, what you see is what you get with Ross and Ramsey. I would 110% recommend Royal Auto Dealer to all friends, family and anyone looking for a used car without all the intimidation and hassle.
I found the perfect car on cars.com and went in to have a look. I fell in love on the spot. I was approved for a loan from my bank but when I went back... to pick up my car I realized that my bank wouldn't lend to an unfranchised dealer. Ramsey at royal auto got me financed through a credit union and also got me a way better APR than my bank was offering. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I found my new car online at cars.com, and I called over to Royal Auto Dealer before making the 2 hr trip to make sure the car was available and ask a... couple basic questions. I talked to Ross and he was not only very professional over the phone, but answered my questions and provided online options for finance approval prior to driving the 2 hrs to LA. He was zero pressure over the phone, and said he would get the car ready for test drive for me. When I arrived at the shop, I was slightly nervous as it's a small shop and is also an insurance office. But when I walked in, I was greeted immediately and Ross introduced himself. Ross is a true gentleman and is absolutely a zero-pressure salesman with an awesome, down to earth attitude. He got me a Snapple, some water, we talked a moment about the car and he offered to drive me over to the lot where it was located. He brought me to the car lot (security-guarded and gated in a somewhat inconspicuous location very close to the office, less than 1 mile) and he was very real in conversation along the way which, to me, gave me a good feeling about his integrity from the get go. Once we got to the lot, Ross and his staff had washed the car, had it detailed immaculately inside and out, and it was parked in the shade ready for my inspection. He was also in the process of hiring a mechanical/miscellaneous worker so Ross allowed me to go through all the nooks and crannies of the car to my satisfaction while he was standing nearby to answer any questions and help me test the lights. He made me as the customer his top priority and I definitely felt that, yet again with NO PRESSURE whatsoever. The car itself is in AMAZING condition for being 11 years old, and everything was as described online. I loved that Royal Auto Dealer posted the full CarFax and all the details available so that I had no surprises since I was coming from out of town. Ross' confidence in the car was based on his own experience as he makes sure to drive each of his cars to his home and back to make sure everything is working well. How many car dealers actually drive the cars they sell!? That was a great sign to me of the quality of car and good business. The entire contract/financing process was so smooth. I do not have the greatest credit but Ross used his rapport with lenders after being refused and got me a better deal than I had ever expected. Obviously I can't post numbers, but trust me, this was a better than good deal. Ross was honest and straightforward with everything, gave consistent answers, and was SO patient with me as I am the kind of person who likes to ask many questions and address concerns. I could not have been more happy with the car, with the process, and with Ross/Royal Auto Dealer. He stayed as long as it took for us to sign papers, answer questions, and make sure I was 100% happy with the contract, even though the office had closed at least a couple hours prior. Incredible gentlemen at this business just from my one encounter with them. I will absolutely be referring as many people as I know who are in the car-buying market to take the trip to Royal Auto Dealer for all these reasons. Not to mention my car looks and runs beautifully without breaking my bank account. :) KUDOS and blessings to Ross, his family, and all the staff at Royal Auto Dealer. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
