Purchased a used Jeep there with warranty. Service had my vehicle for months . Ended up never being fixed. They never even called warranty place. Every... week they would come up with lies that it was being checked in to. Decided to go pick up vehicle and when I opened vehicle it was trashed. Someone went through all my personal belonging and left everything trashed ! Of course they denied it. All I got from them was sorry. Still haven’t even received my referral check for referring my daughter to purchase a vehicle there. That was a huge mistake! Worse service from service department and management. Never got anything solved from them. Had to pay to fix my vehicle and had to pay to tow it back and forth. Very disappointed! I could write more but I rather not .

Went in to see a 2017 Nissan Titan clean and in good shape not once was the rear truck damage mentioned until i went and saw it for myself, the truck was... filled with dirt aswell, and management had the nerve to offer me a laughable amount on my trade in, and keep the price of the truck the same as others in better condition that it was, absolutely dumbfounded by this experience, ‘owned by management or owners apparently’ not recommending visiting the dealership...
I was just comparing SUV's with all the dealers in town and happened to stop by Nissan of Las Cruces. We were met by Phillip McDonald and he showed us... the Rogue SUV's. Since we did not have enough time to test drive the vehicle, we returned to the the following day. Phil had the car ready for us to test drive and then showed us different SUV's with different options. I was very impressed with Phil - he was not pushy or insistent that we needed to buy the vehicle. He went above and beyond what we expected and made the transaction easy and also saved us money. We were never able to deal with Nissan before but this time it was easy and enjoyable to buy a car from Phil. I would refer him to any of my friends who are in the market for a car. Thank you Phil!!!!
Rude, made snarky remarks the whole time!!!! Made me wait more than 2 hours. When I asked to reschedule he said no. Don’t recommend !!

I found a used Nissan Armada and got in contact with a salesman at Nissan of Las Cruces. He proceeded to hassle me to fill out the online credit report... and drive up there to do “other paperwork” even though the car wasn’t even there yet. Come to find out the car was at the airport because the owners wife had been driving it. I insisted on pictures of the car when it got back to the dealership. This was after 4 days of being constantly called and texted by the salesman, even though they still didn’t even have the car. When the pictures were sent it was inside only and had double the miles I was told it had on the documents sent to me. We finally go up to Las Cruces all the way from Carlsbad, NM. When we got there the car wasn’t even the one pictured online on their website or on cars.com. Also they neglected to tell me there was a huge, down to the metal gouge on the back hatch. They then told me they wouldn’t be taking any money off of the car or fixing the scratch because “the owners wife drove it that way.” They were very pushy, uncooperative, and rude! I would never buy a car from here! I suggest driving down to El Paso to Charlie Clark Nissan which is where I ended up buying my Armada.

My experience at Las Cruces Nissan was excellent. Phillip was very friendly, helpful, and honest. Phillip went above and beyond to make sure I purchased... the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional.
