WORSE REFUND EXPERIENCE EVER
If I could give negative stars I would. So I went to this dealership one week ago to purchase a vehicle; I decided not to after I made my down payment and in the process of signing my paperwork. I was told by the assistant store manager that in 7 days my money would be refunded back to my account. Guess what today makes 7 days and the money is NOT in my account. I called this morning to speak with the store manager Marcus. Very rude and unprofessional is an understatement for the way he cut me off in the middle of what I was saying. He begin to tell me, " I processed it yesterday that's why I had Shannetta to call you for your card number." First of all, my refund process should have started the moment I decided NOT TO PURCHASE! Well sadly to say, if it was processed yesterday, my bank would show a pending deposit by now. Needless to say, I have had to go a step farther with this. I guess because it's not one of them they don't understand people need their money. When I called yesterday, I was told, the person whom I asked to speak with was not at work and had their calls transferred to their personal cell phone. What kind of business is this? You know you work hard to pay for things you need such as medicine, rent, mortgages, insurance, and anything else in which you want and need. You go to places and feel like ok they're trust worthy because of the picture in which they paint for you; however, as soon as you don't purchase from them BOOM it's pure xxxx to pay. Nobody has called to even apologize about this matter. In the mean time, I'm online writing reviews and doing complaints. I WANT MY MONEY! It took seconds for my card to be swiped and I should have been able to come in the store and swipe to get my money back. A friend of mine friend went through almost the same thing to get her money back and I REFUSE to be the second victim about my money. I can't express how important it is to have consistency when you are in ANY type of business. Even their corporate office attempted to give me the run around. I will email ever office in the state so that I can get my money back if I have to. By the time I'm finished, they'll do thing how they are supposed to: sign your paperwork then make the down payment! Don't be afraid to show that final cost off from the beginning. I hate businesses that keeps the facts away from you.
