I had been considering replacing my BMW for months and hated the thought of having a car payment again. Late one night I went on the I 10 Premier website and found a BMW that fit all my expectations and was in my price range - to good to be true, right. I had a million things to do the next day but wanted to test drive the car. I called up and spoke with Rich, to see if the car was still available and shared my time constraints, he understood my commitments and had the car ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. I loved the car, it was very clean, in great condition and drove just like my old one. I asked for the information needed to take to my bank and Rich provided everything and even worked with me over the phone at the bank to get all the details lined up. This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I highly recommend I10 Premier Auto and Rich when looking for a great used car deal!

The staff was nice, and honestly stuck working for a bad businessman. The owner may be nice, but made bad buys and can’t negotiate deals. Also, the staff are not on commission, so he was paying full wages to have six employees watch TV on a Saturday. Those expensive overhead costs will be turned into you.

Bought a Titan from them and waited for parts to come in. They never called for the repairs they promised and when we called, we got the run around. Within a week of owning the truck, the check engine light came on and the starter started to go out. I will never buy from them again. I will go out of my way to let people know how shady they are.

I had seen this dealership on my way to and from on the freeway. I was happy to find a car I've wanted for 13 years! I found the car via CarGurus.com. Jerry was my sales person and he was phenomenal! I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. I had a hefty down payment, due to trying to re-establish my credit after a serious back injury. Jerry was very patient as I had to move money around to be able to purchase the vehicle. I am happy to say that my experience at I-10 Auto Sales was a great one! I like that they're a local small business and I appreciated the family-like atmosphere and relaxed environment.
