Service Advisor Doug Arnold was most knowledgeable and accommodating when it came to servicing our Toyota Venza. We live 100 miles away but chose to use this highly recommended dealership. The unseen technicians that do the work are much appreciated. All the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous. Their waiting area for customers is very nice, comfortable and clean.

Went to principle toyota in Hernando after shopping for a vehicle for my wife . We had been looking for about two weeks with disappointment every time. Dustin was the salesperson who greeted us. All the employees at the dealership were friendly and curtious. We ended up buying 2 vehicles that day and havent regreted it. Dustin took care of everything he said he would. The sales manager was awsome as well as the finance manager. No hastles or pressure tactics.we definitely were impressed and have recommend the dealership to everyone we can. They are definitely the best dealership ive ever experianced.
