Your service is horrible and your sales staff will try to sale you a truck over the price shown on the web site. I have been waiting for over a week to... get a a written quote for a truck that I have been looking at purchasing and have not received it yet. I will not be recommending any one to do business with this dealership.

Clay Cooley Nissan Galleria 5909, 4707 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Dallas, TX 75244 Nissan Dealer arash shams 64 points 16 minutes ago I called the company... and asked them for a certain car which they said they had it but when I went there for the test drive they said they don't have the vehicle in stock and they just started showing me the same model cars with higher prices. Then in the evening my girlfriend called them again just to make sure if I was making a mistake, but no I was right. They tried to do the same thing and waste our time again. She called the dealership and asked for the exact same car which was still on their website and gave them the stock number as well. After a few seconds the person on the phone said yes the car is still in stock and tried to set us up with another appointment for the exact same car that we were told in the morning was out of stock. That's embarrassing how bad these people just wanna waste customers time by a fake add they are advertising all the time. On their own website. Not a third party company, their own website and people who are working there. This is false advertising and it's against the law. I have been a customer to Nisan for years and bought my last 2 cars from Nissan dealership, but I never thought they would treat me like this even though they knew I was gonna buy a car anyway. But now I know not to go there or recommend them to anyone!

First Class service!! Veronica, you were wonderful yesterday and made the process seamless! Also, everybody else was so nice too and took such good care... of me! It really felt good for a nice change! And I feel so good driving my new car. The peace of mind is phenomenal! Clay Cooley Nissan went to great lengths to help me stay within my budget! You really made the experience so amazing for me that words can't describe it but it reaches my soul! Outstanding customer service from start to finish, not just the big things, but the little small extras like setting up my Bluetooth, really makes a difference!
